+ -1 moreCalled this a.m. re: 1985 oven needing replacement heating element. Owner/technician came this afternoon approx. the time promised, from a considerable distance. Examined the oven, went to pick up part, returned and installed -- in time to cook dinner had I been so inclined. Price was about 75 percent of what I would have expected from other appliance repair cos. I have used in the past.

Description of Work: My washer did not proceed through mixing the clothes. The contractor was available on short notice and kept the appointment. The diagonosis and offer of service was straightforward. A relay switch was not working, so the washer acted as if the lid were open, even when closed. The serviceman required a screw from me to help complete work. Aside from that, the experience was excellent.

+ -1 moreThey were available on short notice. Within a day or two of my calling they were there to fix the washer. The repairman diagnosed the problem and then replaced the part. He also tested it to make sure it was going to work properly. I can't say if their pricing is comparable to other companies as I didn't get any other quotes.
Description of Work: The tub of my washer was not agitating and the water didn't clear out so he had to put in a new relay switch.
