He recommended replacing the deck will be cheaper. He explained the process very well and did a very good job.

Adan and his crew are everything you hope for in a contractor: punctual, professional, courteous, neat, quick, AND they deliver a high-quality product that exceeds expectations. We had rented a house for two years, and upon move-out in mid-March, we had to return the house to how it was when we moved in. I feel like the job Adan did makes the house look even better than it did when we moved in two years ago. He and his crew ended up repainting most of the four bedrooms upstairs, four bathrooms, the entire basement, kitchen, pantry, family room, office, living and dining room, and laundry room. No small job! They were able to do this work in two days, and the cost seemed like a bargain to us. Adan even went a step further and helped us remove things from the walls that we hadn't been able to remove when we moved out. We are so happy with the work he did and we're looking forward to hiring him to do some work on our new house.

They did a fabulous job! It took them about two weeks to complete the job: everything from removing whatever had to go in the basement, to fixing the drywall and prepping the walls and ceilings for painting, to removing the rug and replacing it with a beautifull ceramic tile floor. The tile floor was the biggest part of the job, in terms of both time and expense, but we could not have been happier with the way it turned out. Adan has a and quot;can doand quot; attitude, and is extremely meticulous in his work. I simply can't imagine anybody not being 100% satisfied with his work! We WILL use him again for all of our painting and remodeling needs.

I have been using Adan Painting for the past 6 years. All of our neighbors even use him. I would like to say that he's not licensed and bonded. Although he always does a great job! I will give him an "A" on everything.
