+ -1 moreThey came out and looked at my washing machine diagnosing it as a faulty drain pump quoting me an estimate of $329 to complete the repair. I declined the repair, purchased the part myself for $40 and it was a 15 minute job to install. I felt that their price was far in excess of what was reasonable for the part and labor to be performed.
