 + -1 moreI noticed ice was forming down the inside walls of our freezer and ice cubes were not of full/standard size. We have use AA Bill's service for many years with complete satisfaction so we called him in. He researched and diagnosed the problem as an improperly seated water feed tube and corrected it. As usual, we were very happy with service, responsiveness, and price. Thanks Bill

 + -1 moreBill came same day as called, exactly when he said he would. Fixed the problem on my 20 year old dryer promptly, and pleasantly. Explained everything well, cleaned up afterwards. Have used Bill before, and will definitely call him again. He is prompt, courteous, efficient, and his prices are fair.

 + -1 moreArrived promptly. Was was the first to respond to several calls for service to other repair shops even when I called after normal service hour. Bill's was very professional and thorough as he went through many checks to isolate the problem. He repaired the inoperative dishwasher when I thought I would have to purchase a new machine and it now works like new. I would happily recommend Bill's for any appliance repair job.

Description of Work: My husband and I have used AA Bill's Appliance Repair many times over the past several years--to repair our washing machine, dryer, stove fan, and most recently, ice maker/water ona side-by-side refrigerator. Bill is first on our list for any appliance repair problem. He is prompt, professional and honest. We trust Bill! We think he goes out of his way to give us great customer service and his prices are more than fair. We would recommend Bill highly to friends and neigbors.

 + -1 moreI have been using this company for around fifteen years. I had a great experience with them. I woke up this morning and found the garbage disposal was broken, and then called them. He came out in less than two hours and had the garbage disposal selection in his truck already to pick from. William is very nice and finished the job in about an hour. Over the past years he has fixed large and small appliances for me. He is comfortable with all appliances.
Description of Work: He removed a broken garbage disposal and installed a new one.
