Mr. Reinallt did an excellent job painting the dark paneling and caulking the cracks in the trim so they would not be visible. It took two coats and much attention to detail of the trim. He also moved the desk and most of the book cases by himself, into the center of the room and then back out. All I had to do was to take out the heavy books. He is polite, clean, professional, and on time. This is the second job he has done for me, and I am so happy I have a reliable painter. He said he could install some LED ceiling lights for me also so I am having him do a third job.

We had a great experience. Old peeling wallpaper needed to be removed; the walls patched and smoothed out; and chair rail, molding, and walls painted. All done in 2 days for the same price as bigger franchise quotes, and done quietly enough that my toddler napped both days! Wonderful experience and would definitely hire for another job.

After claiming the promotion on Angie's List, the company failed to honor its promotion. The company attempted a "bait and switch" tactic by advertising a service at a bargained low price in attempt to attract the customer to a different service. Below is the link to the service offered. [*** Link removed ***] It took over a week to schedule with someone to examine the house and schedule a date to perform the work (only communicated through text messages). After we received our response, a representative came out on August 16, 2018 and conducted an evaluation of the house with my wife present. They stated that the whole house would require a thorough power washing prior to beginning this project and that we would need to schedule with another contractor to complete this. He also requested the details of the paint to ensure that it would cover the siding with one coat. He reminded my wife that if it didn't cover the siding in one coat that promotion was only for one coat Since I was not there during the evaluation and they asked only questions about the siding, I asked my wife to reach back to them to confirm that they are painting the trim as well. They responded with "that after evaluating your home my partner and I realized that this offer needs to be edited. Although your home does fit the square feet qualifications for the project, regular home exterior painting does include painting of all the siding. The deal is meant for painting of all trim and hence we came up with such a price for that type of work. Painting all the siding you have invloved more labor which is not anticipated with this deal. I'm greatly sorry for the inconvenience. We will work with Angie's List to edit the promotion and better portray the type of work we are offering for that price. If you wish to speak to me further, please call me at your convenience." After receiving this text message, we sent text messages and made multiple calls with no response. Once we started asking questions about the trim the company retracted the claim. This company offered a deal to entice us and then attempted to only honor certain components on what was offered in the promotion in hopes customers would not notice, or argue. Today is August 18, 2018 and the promotion has not been edited.

It went extremely well. Mr. Reinaltt visited me and talked in early June. We agreed to postpone the job for several weeks. He remembered me when I called back and and made a quick visit to review the job, show me the color chart, and get the contract signed. I paid for half in advance. He arrived the next morning a little before 8 AM with a helper. They set up, covering all the floors, patched all the holes and knicks, painted the ceiling, woodwork, and interior of closets, removing and replacing old shelves. They worked quietly for several hours, took a 40 minute lunch break, returned, painted the walls, used the laundry tub to clean their tools, and cleaned up. They set up a ladder on the stairs to reach a high ceiling and do the trim around a huge, mounted mirror. There were no drips, spills, or edge splashes. It was a perfect job, much better than I could have done myself. It would have taken me a week. The labor was $1500 and the Sherman Williams paint and supplies at cost ($150). They left the extra paint, white for the ceiling, shell white for the woodwork, and bone white for the walls. I am so happy and plan to hire them again for other rooms.

Very shady! I claimed a deal for two rooms of painting. I was told they needed to come out any see the space to ensure it was in the confines of the deal, how much paint was needed, etc. While there, we were told the two rooms were within the limits of the deal, although he tried to say the deal was for 1 coat. The deal clearly states 2 coats and was shown to him. We were told to text the next day to schedule an appointment to perform the work. Again, he tried to say it was for one coat and again asked me to send him the deal (even though he had seen it the day before). I sent him the deal description and never heard from him again after multiple attempts via text and calling to schedule the work. This company wasted several hours of my time and a month delay in my painting project. I wouldn't waste your time!

Painting went well and the work was completed quickly. He was on-time and efficient.

Mr. Reinaltt did a splendid job painting our master bedroom. He is very professional. He started the project on time & finished quickly. He also offered good advice regarding the paint & ways we could update our space. I plan to use his services again.

The owner, Mr. Rinaltt, was very polite, courteous, and made sure all our interests and concerns were addressed. We are very happy with the outcome of the work, and we would use Reinaltt Painting & Design for future work.

The outcome was great. I love the colors. I stayed home the first day but after that I went to work and trusted them to get the work done. They cleaned up behind themselves and work was completed ahead of schedule.
