Craig's Lawn Care

The team arrived on time. Craig went over the work to be performed with me and the job foreman to make sure we were on the same page. The team cleaned up the yard as they went along and did a final sweep at the end. They were very professional throughout. We will be using Craig's again.

Craigs Lawn Service was great. I had emailed him prior to purchasing the deal to make sure it would be covered in the price. He came out and assessed the work. The work was completed within a day or two of me purchasing the deal. Great work and I would definitely use them again.

I use Craig's for lawn service. During the growing season they come every week and then they come every other week or however often it needs after that. I absolutely will use this provider again in the future.

They are good. I will use them, I do have a contract with them.

I called Craig on Friday and left a voicemail requesting an estimate for mowing my lawn. He called me back that evening and said he'd be at my house on Saturday and would leave an estimate in my door if I wasn't home. He also asked for my email address, which I provided, and said he'd send me an official proposal. When he didn't show up on Saturday, I called him on Sunday. He was a bit rude and had a bunch of excuses as to why he didn't come to my house on Saturday. I told him he should have at least called me on Saturday and explained the situation. I would have understood that more than just being blown off. Then he asked for my address again. I told him I already provided my address when I talked to him on Friday, but I still provided it for him again. He did come to my house sometime on Sunday and left his business card that DID NOT have a dollar amount estimate as expected. The note also said to email him or call him and provide my email address so he could email the proposal. Since I already provided my email address when I talked to him on Friday, I don't know why I have to provide it again. I know he wrote it down originally because he read it back to me. He obviously forgot all about even talking to me on Friday because he didn't have my home address or my email address 2 days later and I'm sure if I hadn't called him on Sunday, I never would have heard from him. He seems very disorganized, forgetful, unreliable, and unprofessional. I still don't know how much he would have charged me to mow my lawn, but I moved on and chose another business that did come to house on the day they said they would, provided a written cost for the service, and could mow my lawn immediately. I couldn't take the chance that even if I did give Craig my business that he would remember to mow my lawn every week. I need a reliable business.

It went very well. All involved were courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone who asked and intend to use them again.

I have been happy with their service and feel like they do a good job. They come out once a week and do lawn cutting and are very reasonable price wise.

They are fabulous! We have used them for about 5 years. Their price is very reasonable and they are very prompt in their service. They come out on a consistent basis and their billing is very easy. It is a very easy company to work with.

They have been excellent. Their prices are very good - they even threw in an extra service after 5 visits. They come on time and always do a great job. They're very accomodating. This was the first time we've used their leaf service, which was just as good as their lawn service.

Absolutely fabulous company- Craig is very efficient and just a great person to deal with. they cleaned up a yard for me for a house that was overgrown and ready to put on the market for sale. Could not say enough about how wonderful they were and what a good job they did for us!

The CLC workmen are always professional, quick, and thorough. Almost without fail, it's the same team of men who are always willing to accommodate my golden retrievers if they quickly need to go out, and always manage the fence gates. CLC is responsive to special requests, the pricing is very reasonable and the service, always reliable. I highly recommend this service provider.

We love it. It is a wonderful company, the price is reasonable, and doesn't go up a certain amount every year. The service is excellent, and I would give them 5 stars for everything. We have them do a yard clean. We had all these weeds, and they did a clean up. There was extrenious vegetation around the house. We get a special, and it was pretty reasonable. They came when they said they would, and they charge a little less than what they said it would. They did how many hours they said it would do. I had told them how much I wanted to spend and they kept it at that. We have been using them for years now ,and this is the first time we used their landscaping service, it was very good.

It was good. They have only been a couple of times.

Craig's has taken care of my mowing, edging, and blowing for the past two years. I had other services before Craig's and had issues. I have been consistently pleased with thier work, professionalism, and responsiveness. I would highly recommend them to others.

It took longer to get the work scheduled than I wanted, communication was awful, the work itself was fair, and fairly priced. In the end, I got what I paid for, but it was a frustrating transaction. The provider insisted on a pre-work visit to discuss the work to be performed, rescheduled once, and showed up late on the day it happened. It took over two weeks before the work was actually done, and after taking up my time to go over what needed to be done in great detail, called/texted me multiple times interrupting me while I was in class with questions about things that were specifically covered in that discussion. The work was a combination of a "big deal," and some additional work/materials beyond that. After the visit, I didn't hear from the provider for over two months; I actually left two voicemail messages trying to get the invoice for payment with no response (which was a first for me). I finally received the invoice via e-mail around 10 weeks after the service was performed.

craig is great. he is the owner of the company and is very responsive. You have to leave a message but he calls you back and is very reasonable.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. The staff was very nice and did a good job. They did a nice job with the cleanup afterwards. I did ask about having the lawn mowed, but they never got back with me. They were also on time and I had no issues with scheduling.

I think it was out of his service area so it kept getting put off. Except for cutting the vines away from the azaleas in the back yard and picking up sticks in the yard (one larger branch), that's all he did. Not worth the money at all. Maybe he was too busy because it was a special deal. Still not worth the money at all

Craig's did a great job clearing out a winter's worth of leaves, brush, and dead weeds in our otherwise unmanageable yard. The work was performed on time, efficiently, and with good clean up. Seems like a professional operation. Trustworthy folks.

The job was outstanding. We ended up having a lot more work done. They have an attention to detail. They did some things that we never even thought of but it made the place look a lot better. They were right there when they said they're going to be there. The appearance of the yard when they were through stood out to me. I would use them in a heartbeat.

It took a while to lock in a service date, and the time shifted thereafter, but a crew of 2 guys came and worked very h****** a hot day. The service was a good value for the price and got my summer garden off to a good start. The firm's owner is a nice guy and does a good job of managing heavy demand for hard work at low cost.

After finally getting in touch with Craig to find out when the crew would start, the team showed up on the day Craig said and did a fabulous job. I was very glad to see them arrive since my lawn mower didn't restart to finish mowing the yard and the grass was high. Congratulate your crew for a job well done.

Over the years, I have used Craig's Lawn Care for a variety of services: leaf raking, yard cleanup, mulching and weeding and mowing. Now that my son can mow, we no longer use them regularly for mowing, however, if I call them intermittently to mow, they always come in a timely manner, even though we are not a regular mowing customer. We usually have them come out a few times a year to do yard cleanup and mulching and they are always prompt and professional. Their service fees are reasonable. A few years ago we have a tree fall into the house and they did a great job of cleaning it up for us. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

After contacting each other, the owner, Craig, first came by to introduce himself and look over the job. He made an assessment within the Big Deal offer and said that he would be able to send a crew back in two weeks. On that day, Oscar (crew chief) and 2 other workers showed (Craig called ahead of time to say they would arrive soon). Oscar asked first if he could back their big truck into the driveway as part of the Big Deal was that they would remove all debris. I showed him my wooded back yard and he pointed out a few standing dead trees that he was able to get down and remove as well. The workers did a good job collecting branches, cutting larger branches into sections they could carry out and bringing down a few smaller dead trees and removing them as well. They threw all the tree debris in their truck, cleaned up the driveway. They were able to get all the work that I wanted done, to my satisfaction, in the time period of the Big Deal that I had purchased. I would call on Craig again and would recommend him.
