+ 2 moreWe are very pleased with the results that Alex and his crew were able to provide. We have a 1950's split level home which has a 1/2 basement which included the washer/dryer and a toilet in a room which contains the HVAC and water heater. After calling several contractors who were either outrageous with their quotes or couldn't complete the project within Fairfax County building permit requirements, Alex came through. He had completed several remodels with the same layout before and had an idea and a plan for our space. He was flexible to our ideas and kept us apprised of the status of the project. He originally projected that the project would take 21 days, and it took a few more weeks because of the holidays, inspections, etc. Even after completion, he came back to reinstall a few fixtures that had come loose and also installed a shower door that we ordered after the fact. I love the final outcome and I'm very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Created a full bathroom out of a laundry room with toilet. Moved laundry room into a garage and built a closet for it.
