+ -1 moreHe responded to my calls and e-mails within 24 hours and was honest and candid with me about what would be involved. The quote he gave me and the end price matched. The floor looks great. The pattern is straight and well placed. I would call him agin or recommend him to anyone. He came recommended by a neighbor with discerning taste.
Description of Work: Mr. Pilerio installed 1,000 square feet of tile in a basement. He removed the carpet and disposed of it. He moved a few pieces of furniture to reach the floor. He was affable and the job turned out really nicely. He completed the job by applying some calk between the baseboard and the tile. I purchased the tile for a checkerboard linoleum pattern and he did rest of the work.

+ -1 moreJim worked with us with the tile selection, discussed the layout options in detail, made several excellent suggestions and then executed the work with precision and professionalism.
Description of Work: Jim did an excellent job on the tile installation in our remodeling project. Very well laid out, straight, clean. He had great suggestions and cleaned up after the job was finished. He tiled two bathrooms... floor and tub in one case and floor and walk-in shower in another. I admit! I was a high-maintenance client! he was very patient and worked with me on the design and my special requests.
