Bradley contracted to replace a set of French doors on the back of my house. Actually, they sub contracted the work out to Eric Wade, American Custom Building, who did the installation. We had some problems with the doors going in, when Bradley measured the opening, they cut it too close, and Eric had to widen the door opening to get the new ones to fit. There was also some old termite that had to be repaired to make the doors structurally sound. Bradley's cost was much higher than the other 2 estimates I got, but I went with them because of the quality of their doors, and the fact that they promised a "turn key" installation, i.e. all the painting, finishing, adjusting, etc. was included in the price. I ended up paying an extra $600 for the termite damage. Once the doors were finally in, I was very pleased with them. However, the installation took a lot longer than I expected, some of that caused by the termite damage, some by the measurements being too tight. I was also pleased with Eric Wade, he seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied and really seemed to know what he was doing.

The installers did a fine job except for leaving some cigarette butts on the ground.

I called John Wilson for him to come to my house for an estimate for windows. He was hear at the time he said he would be. A week and a half later the whole crew was hear putting in the windows and sliding glass door. The outcome was fantastic. I would highly recommend his company to anyone. My house looks so beautiful now.
