From beginning to end the Pierce Siding & Window Co crew was prompt, professional, neat, and did excellent work. They were here when they said they would be. Each day, they left the work sight neat and clean. They communicated well, explaining what was being done and the anticipated time line. We are very pleased with our new siding. We would definitely call them for future jobs, and we highly recommend them to others.

I can not emphasize enough how pleased I am with Pierce Siding and Window Co. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They are excellence in action in all respects. My finished windows and vinyl siding make my home look brand new. Attention to detail, experienced, fast, thorough, courteous, prompt and price was where I expected it to be. Robbie and his crew are the best! They replaced old poorly installed leaky basement windows, replaced old rusted leaky gable vents and installed a new back storm door. Robbie was great in communicating what it entailed to do jobs and they did the installs in a timely manner with beautiful results. As an added bonus Robbie pointed out problem with my recently installed gutter done by another company. I plan on asking Pierce Siding and Window Co. to do other installations for me including fixing those gutter guards. They are a great installation company!

Pierce Siding & Window Co is truly exceptional. Robbie Pierce was friendly, professional, and maintained consistent communication throughout the whole process of assessing the work, setting a timeline and quote, and getting the work done with his team. We bought a fixer upper in 2020 and have had over 10 contractors out to work on different aspects of the house. Robbie Pierce was the best out of anyone we have ever worked with or heard of others working with. He was upfront about the timeline, came on time with no delays, and got the work done in record time within budget. The craftsmanship of his team is the best we've ever seen and reflects the quality of work that only multiple generations can have in a business.

We were looking a business to do a quality siding job for us, not a 2-3 day rush job. We are so happy that we found Pierce Siding and Windows. Robbie gave us a siding reference, which we looked at. The detail work that his crew did on that job was much better than the work of other contractors that we looked at. In addition to Robbie's experience, we had the experience of Robbie's son and an installer who has worked for Robbie and his Father for many years. There were several areas of our job that were not typical, and with their combined experience our job turned out fantastic.

Pierce Siding and Windows is a great family owned company to work with. We had all our windows replaced, vinyl siding placed over cedar, new roof and gutters. All the crews were professional, polite and hard workers. A special thank you to Austin and Chuck who installed the windows and siding for a job well done. When any unforeseen problems arose during the process, they were taken care of immediately and efficiently. We highly recommend this company.

Robbie was professional and prompt. His staff were skilled and professional. Staff cleaned up and organized tools at the end of each day and respected my property and my need to work from home while they were working on it. Finished in time estimated despite weather challenges.

Robbie Pierce and his team did an outstanding job replacing the original wood board and batten exterior with a similar style siding. They removed the old batten strips, installed insulation and then put up the new siding. It was not an easy job given the design of the house, but their attention to detail and the level of craftmanship was excellent. They are dependable and honest and will not leave until you are satisfied with the work. They installed new seamless gutters as well. We highly recommend Pierce Siding & Windows!

Replaced All 20 Windows in our house. Competitive/good pricing, for a better quality window. Robbie Pierce is honest, strait, reliable, and fair. The installation crew was Superb. They did all they were supposed to do, and more. No short cuts. I am very confident with the quality of install as well. The guys were nice, and easy to talk to. They happy to explain what they do, and why, and what the difference between right and wrong. They cleaned up everything, inside and out. (Brought their own vacuum) The finished job is perfect. We contacted Mr. Pierce for a quote to replace 19 windows in our 95 year old home. He came, took measurements, answered our questions, and concerns. He told us due to the pandemic, the window factory was running behind, and instead of weeks, it could be several months before the windows would be ready. He was always upfront and honest with us; a man of integrity! The work has been completed by his professional crew; very polite, and skilled gentlemen. Great Job. Well worth the money! What a difference it has made!

They came when they said they would to do the install. The workers are polite and professional. The work was done in the time frame I was given. The new windows look great. This was my second time using this company, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

SUPER SATISFIED! The Pierce Siding & Window crew arrived on time, and worked tirelessly to remove and replace 12 windows in an old house. They encountered some problems with past owners' DIY repairs but powered through, paying meticulous attention to each window, making sure each one was set correctly, sealed, and finished. They cleaned up the work site - you'd never know they'd been there except for the sparkling new windows. Midway through the job, Mr. Pierce advised me that the agreed-upon price was going to be several hundred dollars LOWER than originally specified, due to an ordering error. So, in addition to super-professional, knowledgeable work please also know you are dealing with an honest man with great integrity. Hire this company with complete confidence.

An outstanding job! One day to roof the house and building, excellent job cleaning up. Robbie rocks - he's on time, easy to work with, answers questions and very knowledgeable. We would use them again.

Excellent Five Star service and exceptional workmanship! We originally contracted with Pierce for a total roof replacement. Work was scheduled. Crew was highly skilled, hard working and very efficient. The job was completed in a day and a half. We were extremely pleased with the new roof and excellent cleanup after the job was completed. All contact was prompt, all questions addressed and excellent oversight of the job. We were so pleased with the quality of this job, that we decided to have Pierce do our guttering as well. The project was completed within a few hours. Again, we were very happy with the quality, workmanship and oversight. We highly recommend this company! We thought our house looked decent before the work began, but upon installation, Mr. Pierce and his crew made us look AMAZING! I cannot begin to express the level of detail, professionalism, timeliness, punctuality, and commitment to quality these folks offer. Robbie and the crew installed a new roof, new skylights, new gutters and downspouts, a complete vinyl siding installation,wrapped the house in foam insulation, and wrapped all my existing windows. This was a big job! Our house is 4 floors and over 6000 square feet. They finished on time and on budget. Just knowing that the job was going to be done right was the greatest comfort, I never had to worry. Our house is in very highly trafficked part of our subdivision and I can’t begin to tell you how many people stop and tell us how amazing the house looks. It looks like a brand-new house and its 45 years old. Cars would literally stop in the middle of the street as they drove by in amazement! We contacted Pierce to assess leaks in parts of our roof, in particular around the chimneys. Robbie Pierce was responsive and knowledgeable. The issues were clearly explained and options provided. We decided to have them completely remove the old roof and replace. The crew arrived before 8 am and worked up to 13 hours a day to get the job done before rain could interfere with the work. They were incredibly diligent and thoughtful, and took great care to minimize damage to the gardens around the house. The cleanup was thorough with Robbie coming the day after they finished to fully inspect the job and ensure that all debris was taken care of. We used Pierce a couple of years ago to replace gutters and were impressed with the work then. We remain impressed and would certainly use them again if needed.
