Robbie did an awesome job for us and was very neat and clean...his work was meticulous and the yard was immaculate when he finished...reliable, showed up on time, said the job would take 5 days and he was finished in 4 1/2...we are very very satisfied with our results...

Robbie and his guys, Randy and Chuck did a phenomenal job. First, the price quoted was over $5,000 less than a bigger name company here in Roanoke for the exact same job. The reduced price did not mean we lost quality in the installation, or in the windows and doors. Everything was of great quality and installed well. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Robbie, Randy, and Chuck always showed up on time on the days that they said they would be here, which I greatly appreciated...Nothing is worse than sitting around waiting on someone to show up who decided to work on another job without having the courtesy to tell you that. Robbie said he is able to do this because he only does one job at a time and, again, that was much appreciated. I have small children and having a house torn apart for days/weeks/months is just not an option. Robbie and his guys also made sure that when they left at the end of the day, all their stuff was cleaned up and put away, and they didn't leave a big mess behind for us to clean up, which has happened with other contractors in the past. The guys were also very careful around my kids and very kind to them as well, which I am sure other mothers will appreciate as much as I did. They even started on the downstairs windows on their first morning here so as not to wake my daughter up while she was napping upstairs. Also, we decided last minute that we wanted a specific finish on the hardware of the doors, which were already here and not in that finish. Robbie was very understanding about this and had the new doors ordered right away, without any cost to us. The bottom-line is the windows and doors are beautiful, energy efficient, and they were sealed very well. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an good price and a hard working crew who does the job right! We are already having them come back to do some siding work for us later this month.

I thought he was nice to work with, He did what he said he was going to do. I was not there to watch him but he did what he said he was going to do. I think he was good.

It all went very well, they did a very nice job in a surprisingly short time, asked for NO money upfront. I would defininately use them again.

Robby Pierce was on time an gave a fair bid. We scheduled a date and he arrived early. Despite the bees nest we were unaware of and being stung several times he completed the job in a timely manner. I was not home when he got stung. He made sure I was made aware so that I didn't meet the same fate. I strongly recommend him.

He was more professional. I just liked him.

As for the deck, it has rained regularly here so that provider has had to wait for appropriate time to 1) pressure wash the deck and then 2) seal the deck. This LONG process began in late May. Finally the deck was pressure washed in late July. This all has taken place in between numerous rainstorms. Now we are waiting for about 3 days of dry weather so that the deck will be dry enough for sealing. Robbie Pierce of Pierce Siding and Window Co. has been most accommodating. We couldn't ask for better service.

It went okay. The man who came out was prompt and he did what he said that he would. He also got there when he said that he would. I believe that there was possibly a misunderstanding and it could have been on my part but I paid $400 for the nailing of four pieces of siding which was a little bit expensive. I thought that he was going to replace the siding with that much money. It was not a lot of siding. It was just on the end of the house. It was probably a total of 12 pieces of actual siding. I thought that he was going to replace them and all he did was nail them back. I would consider hiring him again but we would definitely have a clear understanding.

It went very well. We contracted with them. They came out in June. They were knowledgeable. They cleaned up the mess. They were honest and very easy to work with. They worked diligently and they were very customer service orientated. The house looks very nice. They gave us the best quote. We had a problem after they left with the gutter and they came back straight away and fixed it.

I've had no problems with them. They were prompt. They did the work well and everything turned out fine. They do good work. I have no complaints. Everything was good. I've called them for another job that I need to have them do.

Robbie was in constant contact with me. I came to know Robbie which was representative of his work. I was impressed. He was like a friend and I felt he took complete ownership of the job. If I was not happy about anything Robbie was there. Fortunately all of our conversations was about the changes in guttering since my home was built in 1989. My home is a two story in front, three in back with a two car garage. Robbie went to two suppliers to get the color we wanted. He said the job would take approx. 6-7 hours and they were right on target. They did a total cleanup after finishing. I will definitely call Robbie on any other work I need and would recommend him to all.

It went well. They showed up on time did the replacing of the gutters, cleaned up and left.

Called Robbie on 5/23 and he made an appointment to come on 5/24 first thing in AM. He was there before 8:00 AM and within about an hour had fixed my problem. The facia board did not go all the way to the roof line so there was nothing there to attach one end of the gutter to so he fixed a brace to support the gutter and get a good slope for drainage. A lot of contractors don't want small jobs so I was impressed Robbie was willing to come quickly and take care of my issue. I found out he also does roofing work. I'll be getting an estimate from him within the next year to replace my roof.

I've known Robbie for many years (since high school) and he has always been an honest, hardworking guy. I was in need of a roof and had a couple of estimates but they were really high. I ran into Robbie at a local Pizza Hut and he told me that he owned a siding and window company. I asked him if he did any roofing and he said that he hid a lot of roofing. A couple of months later (on a Monday) I called Robbie and asked him if he could stop by my house and give me an estimate sometime. Approximately two hours later, Robbie called me back at work and had an estimate prepared for me...I was shocked at how fast he was. On Tuesday, Robbie met with me during lunch time and gave me a sample sheet to pick a shingle color. I called Robbie back later that day and told him our color choice; Robbie said that he would place the shingle order with the warehouse and we would have a new roof on our house by Friday and I would not pay a penny towards the roof until the job was complete and I was 100% satisfied. I was again shocked by not having to pay money upfront and also by how fast the process was being completed. Robbie called me on Tuesday night and told me that everything was a go for Thursday morning, even though the local weather stations were calling for a couple of inches of snow in our area on Wednesday. Robbie told me that they would shovel snow off of the roof if they had to, but they would be at my house on Thursday morning around 8:00am. Thursday morning came and I went to work as usual, leaving the house around 7:00am. When I came home from work on Thursday around 5:00pm, there was a brand new roof on my house and it was as if no one had ever been there...I was very impressed. I will not hesitate to use Robbie in the future, nor will I hesitate to recommend his services to all of the people I know!!

I received a couple of estimates and then found Robbie on Angie's list. He promptly met me to provide an on-the-spot estimate. I had vinyl siding installed on my home that had a wood siding. We also had larger gutters and downspouts installed on the house and garage. Together we discussed certain features of my house and came to an agreement on how I wanted these areas to look. Robbie is open to discussion and listens to your ideas and ensures he meets your expectations. Since owning my house for the past ten years we have had a problem with water from the roof because the gutters were simply not big enough to handle the volume. Robbie suggested a larger gutter and commercial downspouts, which has solved the problem. He also installed gutter guards which were almost half the cost of other options we had priced. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Robbie takes a personal interest in the work performed. No payment is expected until AFTER the job is complete. He and his team are true professionals. I have rental property that needs work, and Robbie is the person I will call. I have recommended him to all my family, friends, and co-workers. If you need vinyl, roofing, or guttering, I would call Pierce Siding and Windows. You won't be disappointed.

It took about 10 days mainly because the weather was bad during the afternoons but it was worth the wait!

I got the name of this business from Angie's list. I called two other companies; one didn't return my call, and the other returned my call and gave me an estimate that was higher than what I got from Pierce Siding and Windows. I called them on Thursday, August 9th. Robbie said he would try to get to my house to give me an estimate on Tuesday, August 14th. Robbie actually ended up coming by on Monday, August 13th for the estimate. The estimate was for $668. He told me he would not be able to get to the job until Tuesday, August 21st. However, he ended up coming on Monday, August 20th. His workers were professional, did a great job of putting up the gutters, and cleaning up afterwards. The job took about 4 hours. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Pierce Siding and Window in March to install new gutters on our house. Robbie was professional, courteous, punctual, and a man of his word. We wanted to do siding at that time as well but could not afford it. Recently, we called Robbie to move forward with the siding. He was able to start within 3 days of our call (even with juggling other jobs) and would not accept any money until the job was complete and we were satisfied. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone!!!

Called Pierce Siding and they were able to work us in the same day they provided a quote. Quick and efficient. Inspected other siding on the ends of our house and added additional nails as a preventative against wind damage. Would use again and would recommend the work.
