Robbie Pierce, the owner, gave us a reasonable estimate very quickly. His crew was always on time, very professional & offered excellent customer service. I would re-hire them & recommend them without any hesitation.

This is the third time we have used Pierce Siding and Windows. Twice before it was to replace siding and this time a patio door replacement. Robbie and his crew are great. They arrived on time, did an excellent job on the door replacement and there was no mess left behind. We will definitely use them again when needed.

Amazing! This was no small job and weather permitting...these guys were on the job on time, on the ball and all day. with a job this size we'd occasionally have to stop, re-evaluate, re-design and move forward. Pierce Siding & Window Company took it all in stride and never blinked. First they removed, re-framed, replaced and re-caulked some 26 windows with new double hung, double pained, low-e, lifetime guaranteed vinyl windows. Look amazing. Then repaired all areas needing attention before re-siding with custom colored double Insulated top of the line lifetime guaranteed Havens brand siding. Let me tell you, this is not your father's siding. Looks better than new. Then, after the siding replaced all exterior light fixtures and security lights with new LED fixtures. But wait, there's more... replaced all shutters with no-paint colonial style vinyl. Then set vinyl headers above doors and windows. Then all new commercial grade gutters and downspouts. And last, but not least... removed some 50ft +/- of old wooden railings around 2nd floor deck and replaced with heavy duty vinyl railings. Let me tell you our home looks brand new and couldn't be happier with the quality, workmanship and their mission to meet or exceed their customer's every expectation. It's truly amazing and I recommend them without hesitation. Call them for an estimate and be prepared to be amazed.

Honest about condition of roof, he pointed out and fixed mistakes made in previous repairs. Gave an estimate and was able to complete the job just 2 days later. Very nice to work with, we will hire again when it is time for full roof replacement in a couple years.

It went very well. The bulk of the work was done by Robbie Pierce's two-man crew of Randy, with over 30 years of experience, and Austin, Robbie's son, assisting. Randy's professionalism and experience showed in the care he took in his work to get things done just right. We're pleased with the windows themselves (Wincore) which are very easy to clean on both sides without the need to go outside or use a ladder. They have screens included on the bottom half. The cost of the windows and labor was very fair. We got a break because we had 17 windows to do. We paid separately for the doors (Pella sliding patio doors with blinds inside). The installation of those didn't go as smoothly since the old doors were of a non-standard size. However, they solved the problem. They were responsive, punctual, and cleaned up all work areas well. Their presence didn't interfere with our daily activities. We would highly recommend this family-owned and operated (now three generations) business to anyone needing their services.

Work went very well. Robbie and his men were great to work with. The window they offered had a slight tint to the glass at no extra charge which I liked. Two of the new screens had small defects in them and Robbie saw to it and had them replaced very quickly.

I called Robbie for an estimate and he came to our house the next day, arriving exactly when he said he would. From the start, he has been excellent to work with, always professional and was thorough in his discription of what would be included in the projects. He did not ask for any money upfront, we paid him in installments as each project was completed. The roof was the first project. Robbie's crew came on a weekend, removed all the old shingles, repaired some areas such our skylight, and applied new shingles all in one day. The 2nd project was our windows. Randy and crew installed 14 Wincore windows quickly and efficiently. Randy, who is the main installer on Robbie's team is very meticulous in his work and makes sure everything is done right. Next, was our siding. Randy and Austin were the main installers, always arriving early (730) and worked all day. The siding was complete in approximately 3 weeks which is great considering we had to adjust schedules for weather and also our house had a lot of square footage to cover. They also installed a replacement entry door and storm door. The last project was our gutters which was complete in 1 day. I cannot express enough how happy I am with how our house turned out. When I drive up to my house, I'm in awe of how different it looks. This team is outstanding to work with and would recommend them to anyone that asks! I am extremely grateful to Robbie, Randy, and team for being so easy to work with and providing such quality work! I'm attaching pictures of their work, our porch will be done by another company that does concrete so the front of the house is still in progress. I still can't believe this is the same house!

Robbie came out to our house promptly after calling him for an estimate. He required no money up front. He was patient and professional in answering any questions we had. Robbie's crew arrived on a weekend day, removed old shingles, replaced some rotten wood, reflashed around our chimney and skylight, and replaced with architectural shingles in one day. The quality of their work was amazing. They cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. Thanks to Robbie and his team with their exceptional service!

We had 14 windows to replace, 1 being a bay window that the wood had started to rot on the outside. Robbie required no money up front, only after the project was complete. Randy (main installer) was proficient and meticulous in his work. They crew was great to work with. They replaced 14 Wincore windows, Low E and Argon filled, in basically 1 day. They also wrapped the outside wood frames on all the windows. We can already tell a huge difference in our house, no drafts. Excellent service!

Robbie was responsive, courteous and quick about arranging the work to be done on my schedule. He contacted me when he said he would. He arranged for the job to be done on a Sunday but was considerate enough to ask first before assuming to work on the Sabbath. I was mildly disappointed that he himself did not come out to the house. He sent a crew of three, arriving precisely on time. Each of them was exceedingly gracious and efficient. They got the job done in 40 minutes, not a difficult task but one I was uncertain about doing myself on a pitched roof three stories up.

I would just like for Robbie to return my call and schedule a time to give me an estimate to replace my windows.

Robbie and his crew were excellent to work with, performed quality work, and cleaned up every day. After having some not so great experience with contractors before, it was a really good experience to work with Robbie. He did not ask for any money upfront and we paid him as the work was completed. He was very honest and reliable throughout the project. They fixed all of the minor things that we brought to their attention before leaving the project. We are very pleased with the Wincore windows that they installed at a very reasonable price. They ran into a significant amount of rotten wood on the back of our house and did a great job of replacing the wood. The vinyl siding looks great and again was installed at a very reasonable price. Randy who headed up the installation on Robbie's crew was so easy to work with and a perfectionist in his work. We highly recommend Pierce Siding and Windows.

I called and Robbie Pierce and he came out and looked at our house. He called me back with a price and then set up a date to have the work done. The company was able to do my work earlier then expected and that was fine with us. All of the work done in two days.

Everything went smoothly. They did forget to vinyl wrap a gable vent, but came back the next day to get it, even after I had paid them in full.

The work was completed as desired. Robbie worked with me to resize two windows to fix some aesthetic issues. The crew had the old roof ripped off and the new one on in one day. This included removing the top of a chimney that was no longer in use. The siding took about a week and included removing the old aluminum siding, fixing several issues with wood rot, and caulking windows and doors. When the job was complete, everything was cleaned up and results were outstanding

It went great, I received the estimate on Wednesday, 11/07/13, Mr. Pierce said it would be the following Wednesday before they could get started. They completed the other job early and was able to start a day early to completed the job in 2 days. It looks great, the work was excellent the workers and Mr. pierce were very cordial and they worked continually until the work was finished. the material was on the job prior to the start of the job and it went great.
