Pierce Siding & Window Co

This is the second time we have used Pierce Siding and Window Co and I would use them again without hesitation. In my previous house, they installed sun room windows. This time, in my current home, they installed windows throughout, as well as siding and gutters. Mr. Pierce and his crew do excellent work; and the price, both times, has been more than fair. Everyone was professional, polite, and treated my home (and my family) with respect. They answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and helped me understand the process. Last week's downpour of rain set them back, but they worked Memorial Day weekend to finish in a timely manner. Above and beyond! I am so pleased - my older home looks brand new! I trust this company and highly recommend them.

I'm beyond impressed with the work from Pierce Siding and Windows. Robbie was amazing to work with and we really enjoyed his crew. They are so good at what they do! I met with five companies before hiring Robbie. I got such a good feeling from him and he gave me suggestions to save money. That was different than any other provider. I can't wait to have them back to put up the windows and siding on our new addition. I would strongly recommend hiring them!

ABOVE AND BEYOND. That’s all my husband and I can say about Pierce Siding & Window Co. Our home had cedar wood siding that was rotten in a lot of places and had many woodpecker holes. We met with a number of siding companies but it was Robbie who really stood apart. He gave us so many great ideas for repairing the wood and making our home beautiful again! We had very specific ideas in mind using three different types of siding and wow; when it was finished, it looked AMAZING!!!! Robbie and his siding crew (who we enjoyed tremendously) started promptly when they said they would (literally first thing in the morning), came every day and even worked on the weekends when it rained during the week! They were courteous, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and incredible respectful. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed in a very professional manner – these guys are legit! We will definitely call upon them again!

All the work was excellent. The roof on a 2 story house and outbuilding was done in 1 day. The workers were careful to clean up after the job. Robbie supervised all the work carefully. We were very happy with the results and neighbors even asked who did our work for their future needs.

Robbie was awesome, he was able to meet with me and look at the job very quickly and gave me a realistic time frame for the work to be completed. Robbie answered all of my questions and always kept me informed. Any concerns I had were addressed quickly and all work was completed quickly and accurately. I am waiting on some doors to come in before that woodwork can be covered but everything else was done beautifully. All of the workers were very professional and polite. I would hire Robbie again for any work i need done and i have referred him to several of my friends. A+ work for an A+ company.

Every aspect of this job exceeded expectations. This company is honest and professional. They were easy to deal with. They responded to special requests. They were thoughtful and respectful while working on the job. The crew is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. All of their communications with us were honest and straightforward. The job was completed in a reasonable time period. I am very pleased with their work. These guys are the best!

Quick response for the quote. reasonable price. They got the job done as promised, on time, on budget with quality work. The house looks great! I contacted a number of companies in setting up this job. Most of them seemingly didn't want to be bothered or came in with outrageous prices. Pierce's gave me a fair price and was most responsive when called. They obviously wanted to do the work and were prompt in doing it.

They did an awesome job on the roofing for me. From start to finish I was more than satisfied with price and quality of work. I highly approve of this company. Robbie and crew are top notch.

Talked to Robbie Pierce on the phone, priced the job and scheduled it, to occur when we were away and when Robbie could work it in since that was the only available arrangement for both parties so the job could be done quickly. At first we thought we would need to buy a large roll of siding just to repair a few feet of trim. But Robbie was able to locate some leftover trim that matched ours and to do the job more economically. I wouldn't call the job cheap, but was reasonable given it was done quickly, looked right when done, and was executed on a high roof line so required tall ladders and a two man team. Robbie sent us photos as soon as the project was done as we were away. No money requested up front. We would use this service again, and have recommended to neighbors on nextdoor.com

On time, on budget, and well installed. What more can you ask for? Absolutely would use again.

Called him and he said he would get back to me the next week. He never called. I called him back few weeks later and reminded him of me and left my number. Never heard from him. I don't know how he got such good ratings !!

Job performed was finished on time and on budget at a level that exceeded expectations in every way. Workers were professional and pleasant and very dedicated to providing a result of the highest quality.

Robbie and his crew are the best home improvement providers I've ever dealt with. I've used them on 2 different homes over the years and both times he did exactly what he said he would when he said he would and doesn't ask for any payment until the work has been done. I researched replacement windows for about 3 months starting with the belief that I had to go with Pella or Anderson. When the Pella rep couldn't answer very simple questions about the construction of his windows (things I learned after 30 minutes of research) I started digging deeper and learned about the Wincore 7700 series window. Not only is it significantly less money than Pella but every thing I read led me to believe it is a much better window than the low to mid-grade Pella windows that the local rep pushes. I had 20 of them them installed in my home and couldn't be happier with the choice. The difference in air and sound penetration from outside is remarkable. While they were onsite I got them to redo some shoddy siding work done by another contractor. Robbie doesn't have a commissioned salesperson adding thousands of dollars to the price of his work. He is as honest as the day is long and follows up on every detail. Hard to find in this day and time. On another note, I used a local Anderson dealer for patio door replacement that has turned into an unpleasant experience. It should have taken 2 days but 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for completion.

After a day of torrential rain from tropical storm Michael, we discovered a ceiling leak & called Mr. Pierce; his crew had done prior work at our home & suggested we needed a new roof & guttering at that time; hoped to put it off until spring, but realized that waiting wasn't an option. This past week a crew came out & installed a new roof, the next day Seamless Gutters installed new guttering...the roofing crew was top notch, very professional, & did an excellent job on both the roof & clean up afterwards, as did the folks who installed the gutters...we found the pricing to be very fair, & the work was excellent, well pleased w/ our decision. Next project w/ this company will be windows/sliding glass doors...

Excellent found the issue and immediately fixed

I did not end up needing work done, but I called Robbie (the owner) because I suspected that our roof was leaking. He sent out his head roofer, Matt, to assess the situation and then he and Robbie ended up coming a second time for a more in depth assessment. Both men were kind, responsible, and punctual. They showed up when they said they were going to and obviously were skilled and experienced. I told them I was happy that our roof was not leaking, but I was sad that I could not give them the business because they were so professional. We have some other projects in the future though that they could help us with and I would not think twice about hiring them in the future. Highly recommended.

They did an excellent job. They were always prompt and worked very hard (even in the really hot and humid weather),. These guys did an awesome job and cleaned up very well each day when they were done. They performed the job in less time than we thought they would. They were very personable and communicated well. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

It took a little while to get an appointment set up for an estimate, due to scheduling issues on both sides, but once he got here, Robbie took his time to understand what we wanted done and to explain the work and costs involved. He spent over an hour with us preparing the estimate and we went ahead and signed the contract. He made a point of saying that once they start a job, they are there every day until it's finished; they don't do multiple jobs at the same time. The work began a week or two later than he originally predicted, but that was probably just due to how much rain we've had which put them behind schedule. Once they started, his crew was indeed here a little after 8 each morning. They all seemed to be genuine, respectful, and hard-working, and we were also pleased to see that they interacted well with our two toddler-aged boys who loved to show them their toy tools through the window. They replaced all three of our exterior doors, covered a strip of wood that was around the top of our home with vinyl siding to make it maintenance free, and replaced 5 basement windows, plus some other little things. Without being asked, they went above and beyond the contracted work to provide some help with a minor drainage issue we were having in the basement and also offered some tips on things we could do to make our a/c system more efficient. They were here about a week altogether and they cleaned up very nicely when they were finished. We are pleased with their work and will likely hire them again in a year or two to replace our gutters.

Robbie was really easy to work with and gave me a good feeling about his business from the beginning. He was very quick to get the estimate set up and completed. The customer service was superb. I don’t think I waited more than a couple hours to get a phone call back during the whole process. The crew started around 7AM and was finished by mid afternoon. They were also very professional. Everything looks great and the clean up was really good. It’s been over a month and plenty of storms later and I haven’t had any issues. Will use them for future work.

We contacted Robbie a couple of weeks ago to have a skylight removed that was leaking. He completed the job In a timely manner at a fair price. In the future we plan on replacing our roof and gutters and will use this business because the work performed was outstanding and we enjoyed doing business with him. Thank you.

These guys did a great job. This was a big job. They are really nice guys to work with. They make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them! I love the look of my house, it is beautiful! I attached before and after pictures.

I'm not sure how to review this contractor. I first contacted him through Angie's list mid-April. I had several telephone conversations with Robbie Pierce and he seems to be very knowledgeable and pleasant. I even waited until he returned to the Salem area from an emergency 3-week job in Winchester, to try to arrange for him to come out to my location. However, even though he reassured me twice that he was interested in traveling the 45+ minutes out to my location to view the potential job, he never called back when he said he would to set up an appointment to come out. So, either he never made it back to his office, or doesn't have the common courtesy to be honest enough indicate he really wasn't interested in the job. AND!! he's very Proud of his A rating with Angie's List.

This was my first experience dealing with a roofer regarding the repairs I needed. The process went smooth and was better than I thought it will be. Robbie Pierce came out on schedule and repair some shingles on my roof and provided other services to my roof that was needed. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the cost was very reasonable. He also came out the next day to repair some vinyl siding that came off my garage and provided extra work that was needed to secure the rest of the siding. The cost for this work was also very reasonable. Overall, I am pleased with the service and cost I received for both my home roof and garage siding. Pierce Siding & Window Co. was my first choice and will be my last and only choice.

I highly recommend Pierce siding-they are a family owned business where their word and the customer's satisfaction are very important to them, which is some times lacking in today's larger companies. Robbie was extremely helpful in offering suggestions and giving us locations to look at in choosing colors and his crew did a fantastic job in the installation.
