Outstanding. The employees were polite and professional. The work was of the highest quality. It's obvious Duncan's take good care of their employees and receive dedication in return. The deck came out beautiful and it is built like a tank! I would hire this business again for any construction needs I had that they handle. These are definitely good people.

After having a bad experience with a different contractor Duncan Enterprises was very patient and understanding when working with us. They arrived when they said they would, put in a full day's work and were very attentive to our questions/concerns.

Duncan Enterprises is family owned and operated which made it easy to communicate with them. They ALWAYS answered my calls! The deck they built exceeded our expectations and was completed a day before it was promised which is unusual. The quality of the work done to blend the new in with the old was seamless. He worked through difficulties of weather, etc.that always arise in a job to our satisfaction. He and his team were very careful with our home, very polite and a great team. We just had Duncan Enterprises perform major work to salvage and repair our 19 year old nearly 50’ long covered front porch. The porch was in serious risk of collapse since support posts were rotting below ground and the porch was separating and shifting in opposite directions. Before getting into the review, a quick statement for the purpose of transparency. No compensation of any kind was provided for this review. Before connecting with Duncan Enterprises, another contractor consulted was only willing to quote demolition and construction of a new porch. For a variety of reasons (including financial), I wanted it repaired rather than rebuilt. Given that background about the magnitude of the job to be done, I have a number of thoughts and observations about Duncan Enterprises, their employees, and their workmanship and quality. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the quality and workmanship of their work! The intermediate and final product looked cleanly constructed and very sturdy and robust. They used heavy-duty bracing, bracketing, and joining materials leaving me very comfortable that the deck is sturdier now that they’ve finished repairing it than it was when it was originally built. The level of expertise and ingenuity that Duncan possesses was on display with this project. The way the porch was coming apart while supporting the overhead roof made it very difficult to address any one issue individually. Nonetheless, Duncan came up with an approach to safely and effectively work through and correct the root causes of the problems. Another thing that impressed me was how careful the entire team was with our property. There was no damage to anything else they were working on or near. Furthermore, they kept the work area as clean as possible and even went to the extremes of trying to prevent tracking any mud on the porch even though they were working in the mud and snow beneath and around the porch. They always cleaned up the work area at the end of the day and kept everything neatly organized. Duncan has a high-quality team of hard-working employees that were always focused on getting the work done. Unfortunately, they had some extreme weather (cold and snow) conditions to work in during our project, but they worked through it nonetheless. They came and worked even on days that I thought would likely be unworkable due to the snow and rain. In short, they were very hard working and reliable. Another area where I was pleased was the level of communication. I felt “in the loop” during the whole process from quoting to project completion. On site, they were very good about describing and pointing out the issues and options. Throughout the whole process, they checked to make sure that they were meeting or exceeding our expectations. To summarize, I highly recommend Duncan Enterprises for all the reasons I’ve mentioned above. The did an excellent job for us, and I am thoroughly pleased with the final product. We will certainly use them again when the need arises.

This is the fourth project Duncan Enterprises has done for us. They have exceeded our expectations on all four projects. Their professionalism and skills along with the quality of work they perform, has been a key factor in repeat hiring. The Duncans have most definitely mastered their craft. Excellent, professional, clean done a day early, had a full crew

Roofing and siding were done in proper manner in short they did an excellent job. Gutter and downspouts installations were done well. Concrete slab and gazebo were done well too.

Started and finished within given time frame, they took extra time to make sure it was handicap friendly, turned out great! Also, added in unexpected yet very delightful features.

Duncan Enterprises provided professional and premium services in the demolition and rebuilding of our front porch, and installation of metal roofing. Our house is over 100 years old with extensive water damage, presenting a real challenge in breathing new life and beauty into it. The Duncans worked efficiently to get the job done while keeping us in the loop with any questions or concerns to be sure we were happy with the results. We enjoyed having them on our property and would recommend them to anyone searching for contractors that are fair, timely, and do professional work. I used Duncan Enterprise for my roof replacement. I was extremely pleased and happy with the outcome. My roof looks Amazing. The experience from start to finish was professional and positive. My contact person was Angela Duncan. She was easy to talk with and made me feel valued as a customer. She returned my texts/calls in a timely manner. She answered my questions and was very knowledgeable about line of products. The workers worked efficienctly and cleaned up after themselves daily. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic. Great communication, fast service, can't recommend highly enough

So had a slow leak around my chimney. They cam out and it had been a while since it rained so all they could do was guestimate where the leak was coming from. They caulked a open staple and in hopes that that did the job. No charge since I supplied the caulk, (they were just looking didn't have supplies since was estimate). Also had them clean gutters. Well it rained again for days and the chimney started to leak again. Messaged them and they responded right away! They were going to be in my area the next day and came over after an estimated cost/cause was given. Arrived promptly and always nice as they could be. Tore up some shingles and found the standing water. Caulked and re-shingled in about an hour. So reasonable in price and so nice! Will keep them on speed dial for all my future work!

From the very 1st contact they were prompt in getting back to us and getting more information about the job. They called to let us know that there was a need to change time, they then called when they were on their way and did the job to our satisfaction. They cleaned up after the job was over and spent time talking with us before they left. We would definitely hire them for any future work.

Workers arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Mrs. Duncan kept me abreast of progress and cost by text. There was no mess left by workers. We will hire Duncan again with no reservations.

Excellent skill set got to job early and stayed until completed to make sure deck properly dried before rainfall that was expected days out. It looks wonderful!
