Disappointing and Do NOT contact because he may be out of business or is unreliable. I paid this company several thousand dollars to redo the chimney inside and the cap on top and seal it. I called Mr. Whiteside to say that the seal was not working and to inspect and clean the .chimney. He was a no show and after many calls back he comes back (over a year later after the original work) Mr. Whiteside finally came and cleaned the chimney and promised to come back and redo the seal and chimney cap. He never showed and I have not been able to get a hold of him. I contacted the BBB after many months and they were also unable to reach him and are going to give him a black mark for it.

I regret hiring Mr. Whiteside to parget my chimney. He not only ruined my chimney but was rude and disrespectful during the process. The cement has now begun to crack and it hasn't been one month since he applied it. I was willing to cut my losses by letting him keep the 23% deposit but he recently decided to even take me to court for the rest! Absolutely mind-boggling. Just look at the pictures.... They speak for themselves...
