Elkwood Stone & Mulch provides high quality mulch and topsoil at an affordable price. We take pride in what we offer. Delivery is available and we offer competitive pricing, friendly service and pride ourselves in supporting our local community. When you purchase mulch, soil or compost from Elkwood Stone & Mulch we can guarantee you will never get trash or other debris in the material we sell. Special deliveries available upon request. No order is ever too big or too small. In order to keep costly overhead to a minimum and continue to provide affordable pricing to our customers, we don't currently stock pavers, slate and hardscapes at this time. However we are able to order most brands for your project. Elkwood Stone & Mulch is proud to offer the area's only state certified Premium Screened Topsoil enriched with nutrients and specially formulated by the students & professors at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. This topsoil is nutrient rich & balanced, organic material that is perfect for use in gardens, landscaping and is a clean fill soil. All of our blue stone is high quality and VDOT Certified. In addition to mulch and soil we offer various types, sizes and colors of decorative stone as well as driveway stone. Need sand or stone dust for your next project? Want to freshen up your driveway? Make sure you call us to help you determine the amount and set up affordable delivery to your home or project! With our fleet of trucks available for delivery we are able to specially tailor our delivery charges to your project and budget. Every Winter we have sand and salt or a blend of the two for sale to local contractors and homeowners for treating icy surfaces. As always, we welcome homeowners and contractors.
