Description of Work: Remodeled a second bathroom. Had already remodeled the first bath in 2011 (tiled floor, installed new tub and sink, light fixture, painted. Tiled second bath floor as well as 2 walls of a small shower area, installed new sink and toilet, wainscoting, light fixture, painted. Previously we had him put lattice around base of deck and stain the deck Also installed new interior doors/frames and leveled several doors that wouldn't stay open so they now stay open.
