Eco-logic Natural Lawn Care and Landscaping

NO WORK WAS EVER DONE - MY MOTHER PAID HIM $300 AND HE WALKED AWAY AND NEVER RETURNED HER EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.

Almost 4 weeks ago, Brian Emert of Eco-Logic came to our house to look at our property and gather information so he could give me a quote on lawn mowing and tell me what else his company could do to help us improve our property in an ecologically responsible way: soil amendments, planting, mulching, etc. We talked for a long time and then he went back over the property by himself, taking notes and photos. I thought we got along well and he was interested in the job. I never heard from him. Not a call or an e-mail to say he was swamped or couldn't handle the task, nothing. This has happened to us numerous times since we moved to Charlottesville, with everyone from the building trades to window covering consultants. We want to buy their products and services, but they can't be bothered to put forth any effort. I don't understand this way of doing business.

The provider gave a compelling case for gardening without chemicals, which I was enthusiastic about even before the appointment. I was entirely on board. The provider promised an estimate by email. I waited. Then, I requested a price breakdown in both an email and a telephone call. I never heard back. This experience was such a disappointment.

Brian does excellent work. We have used him for all our landscaping and mowing for the past 3 years.

I finally found the right company that I'm very happy with. Fee is reasonable and work is excellent. The billing system is great as well. The set up is very simple and safe. I highly recommend the company. Thank you.

He uses all natural materials. He gave me an estimate to trim some trees and take care of some over grown areas in the yard. The neat thing is, I'm an avid gardener, so I fill up bags with leaves and weeds and whatnot and when he comes, he takes all that away for me. He also put in a French drain in the backyard where there had been some flooding. We have a monthly contract with him and he comes every 4 or 5 days to mow the lawn or do other duties.

It was just one guy and he was great. He did a good job.

They have only come out once to treat the lawn. Everything does seem to be good. It will just take some time to see if it works. They did tell me to call them if I had any problems. This is not a continuous contract it is priced per treatment and I can cancel anytime.

Excellent! Owner-operated. Brian has been servicing my yard since last year. He evaluated my needs and the service has yielded a yard that is magnificant. His natural and organic methods provides me with peace of mind and a lawn that is beautiful. He provides MSDS sheets for all ingredients and methods used. I was the only one in my neighborhood with a green lawn last winter. Additionally, he diagnoses any problems and has installed new directional downspouts and drainage ditches to relieve flooding issues. He has agreed to provide me with a landscape program to best utilize my shade spaces. He is very knowlegable in all aspects of organic/natural gardening and continues to educated himself and receives certification in his field. Excellent customer service and communicates regularly with me on services and dates to be performed. He has developed several levels of service designed to meet the customer's specific demands. If you are looking to eliminate harmful chemicals from your gardening experience, this is the company for you.
