+ -1 moreMy realtor’s name was Donna Henshaw and she was excellent. She was very up on things, proactive and just kind of over and above the service that she provided. She was very easy to communicate with. Even though they were a small company, they had all the resources available, any big company would have. They gave personal attention and were very easy to communicate with.
Description of Work: I used the services of Avery-Hess Realtors. The last time I used their services was in August of this year. They sold my house.

She answered all my questions, took me tons of places, and was willing to show me places as frequently or infrequently as I liked. She helped me understand all of the paperwork and what I needed to do to make sure the closing process went smoothly. I've been very pleased with my purchase. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

+ -1 moreThis was the best of the 6 real estate buying experience I have had. Seema I extremely knowledgeable of the real estate process in Maryland and guided my through the process with no bumps. She all out to get the best price on the sale of your home and the lowest price on the purchase of a new home.
Description of Work: Seema was the sellers agent in the sale of my single family home, and the buyers agent in the purchase of my new condo. Seema worked diligently to market my home and we where able to get a contract for within 7% of the list price. On the purchasing of my new condo she negotiated a 12% cost reduction in the list price. Seema is very professional and had an in depth marketing plan in place the day I listed my home. She is very knowledgeable of the Rockville especially and all of Montgomery County.
