I actually used them twice. I had 2 different houses that I've been in. The gentleman who answer the phone was very responsive and they have good pricing for what they do. They do inside and outside the windows so it was a pretty good deal. They did a good job. They also do screen repair, powerwashing on the side of the house, the driveways and things like that.

The work was completed as proposed and the final results were very good. Jose was pleasant it obviously took pride in his job. He was efficient and clean. I've hired them to come back in 4 months for maintenance.

Great work. They were on time and communicative, they worked quickly and quietly, they cleaned up after themselves, and alerted me to issues they encountered as they moved (condensation between panes of storm windows) so I felt confident the entire time. And the windows are gorgeously clean.

The work that they did was fantastic. The people that came out to service were very good. They were not intrusive at all and they just came and did their work and then smiled and went on.

Happy with the cost and professionalism they displayed. Cost was $10/window inside and out. Seemed like a good price given that some of the windows are hard to reach and windows don't tilt in. Windows look great! Pressure washing--house looks sparkling. Will certainly use again when the time comes!

Outstanding! This was our second great experience with Top of the Line. Having received excellent service when they washed our window exteriors, we hired them again to do gutter cleaning. We needed the gutters cleaned urgently, as many days of rain were in the forecast, and we had lost a section of the mesh covering over our gutters, which had resulted in water not flowing properly in that area. The estimate over the phone was $125 to $150. They came out the next day, and did a perfect job, safely, and quickly. They got the gutters really clean, flushed all of them, replaced the missing section of mesh covering with material that we had on hand, and left no mess anywhere. The charge was $140, which was especially reasonable, since we added the repair of a mesh section after the original $125 to $150 estimate. We are very pleased with Top of the Line, and look forward to having them do more work for us in the future.

I called several companies about window washing, to get a price for washing only the outside of the windows and the sills. Other companies quoted almost the same price for cleaning outside only ($6) as for cleaning inside and outside ($7). Nobody likes to hear that the reduced price applies only to the service they don't want, which is what other companies were telling me. Top of the Line gave me a better price than other companies, which accounted for the fact that this outside only job would be much faster than a job that included working inside. On the phone I was able to set up a same-day appointment, as they had an opening due to a customer who had to reschedule. I was quoted a price of $210 to $250 ($5 to $6 per window) depending on the size of the windows, and I was not going to have them do the little demi-lune window at the peak of the roof, which requires using a long ladder on top of the roof of the front porch. We arranged for the crew to arrive between 11:00 and 1:00. The crew arrived on time at about 12:00. We walked around the house to assess the work. The final price was $220, and they included that very high demi-lune window. So the final price was at the low end of their estimate, even with that one scary high window included. At an average of about $5 per window, I was very pleased with the price. They worked fast, and did an excellent job. The windows had been quite dirty and by 1:30 they were all gleaming. It's like having an HD view outside. I recommend Top of the Line for window cleaning and I will call them first in the future. Given how well this work was done, I would be inclined to call them about other work as well. It looks like they have a broad array of services available. I am happy to have found Top of the Line, thanks to Angie's List.

They came on time and charged exactly what they told me on the phone. I called on a Monday and they were out to clean the gutters on the next day. I would certainly use them again.

Top Of The Line was fantastic! The price was very reasonable for the amount of work I did. The guys that came were very courteous and professional. They were right on time and did great work and even unfortunately stumbled into a beehive and got stung pretty badly, but they continued and finished their work. They do great work.

This was our fourth time using Top of the Line. As always, they arrived punctually and worked quickly, quietly, and neatly. They did a very thorough job. We were very pleased.

This is the second year they have washed our windows and we couldn't be happier. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. We miss counted the windows by two but they cleaned them without charging us extra. We will continue to use them in the future!

Overall, the experience goes well. Jeff Graham, the technician that I primarily deal with, is great. He?s very neat, cleans up after himself and performs quality work. He's working on installing a ceiling in the laundry room for me right now. One thing that's nice about him is that he can do various things. I've brought up some problems with his responsiveness that I've had, and he's addressed those issues. I'm happy with his services and I would recommend him to others.

I have used Top of the Line for many years. They come and clean all my gutters twice a year (I have a vertical house with a lot of gutters). Once a year they clean my windows and my screens. I don't need to supervise them. It is rare when something is not quite right (e.g. a window suddenly looks streaky when the sun hits it or a screen has a problem after they finish window cleaning) but they always are willing to make it right. It is a business I like dealing with for no worries service.

They did what I hired them for. They did good work and they were prompt. They did a good job! The windows are clean! I would use them again.

Called Top of the Line to schedule the work listed above. They were cordial and professional. Very responsive and were able to quickly accommodate my request. WINDOWS: $196 The quote was not unreasonable since the house has double hung windows with 3 over 3 panes and storm windows. The window cleaning team was AMAZING!!!! I couldn't believe how efficient they were! The windows were spotless and sparkled! The team was friendly and took great care not to leave a mess. GUTTER CLEANING: $125 Did a great job for the original request. Ended up calling them back to perform a second cleaning after the winter and spring. ALUMINUM SIDING: $170 for single family home, 2 story. Nicely done. Left yard uncluttered. No damage to exterior or yard.
