Description of Work: They got our OLD address and instead of confirming our address they drove 2 hrs away...we are 10 min from them, so they charged for their time and I didn't get svs. Got refund from A/L, thankfully! Oh well...

Description of Work: They did a good job on the windows they cleaned. Unfortunately, they did not do my basement windows and one window on the second floor. I forgot how much we paid, my wife keeps the accounts and she's traveling.

Description of Work: I had only 6 windows to be washed. When they arrived they went immediately to work, took their shoes off in the house which I truly appreciated. The windows are sparkling. They were polite. They were to arrive from 12:00 - 2:00 but didn't get there until about 3:30 which they said was due to traffic, but they should have called.
