+ -1 moreDana was extremely knowledgeable and exact with his measurements and carpentry. One issue I would have is the inside framing for the ladder (which is only visible from the attic) was "scabbed" in with scrap wood of different lengths. The attic floor boards not re-tacked down. The ladder is a different brand then what I was told would be purchased, and appears to be of cheaper quality. Otherwise, he did excellent work and would hire again for additoinal work.
Description of Work: Dana installed an attic ladder in a 70 year-old house. This entailed enlarging an opening by cutting through plaster and beams.
