Knowledge/Attention to Detail/Customer Service/Extra Mile We located this business via Home Advisor. When we found out we needed a new roof, we asked for five estimates. The estimate that this business gave was competitive, but more than that, they spent some time inspecting the frame and the plywood for damage. He gave a much more detailed review which told me that he wasn't just going to throw some shingles up there but instead make sure it was done right. We also checked out reviews on the internet and the Better Business Bureau, and we verified his license. It's a small business. One guy seems to be the owner and operator so they're probably more likely to give importance to small jobs like mine. Also, the owner is very responsive. Every time I called him he got in touch with me within minutes. When they came to do the work, the boss himself was up there inspecting the damaged areas and making sure everything that need to be repaired was repaired. He had a team of 8 to 10 guys up there doing the work. The boss inspected everything. He said that this team of workers had been working with him for years, one guy for well over a decade. The boss himself has 35 years experience. They took about two full days to git 'er done, and I don't have a very big house. It's just that they made sure that everything was done right. I sincerely appreciate all the hard work and attention that these people did.

Matt was professional, knowledgeable. He arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, which I had said was ok. Took photos and explained everything carefully, warrantied the repair because it wasn't a straightforward issue.

I felt that Matt knew what he was talking about and not overselling me on stuff I didn't need. He found some issues with the roof that we did not know about. The prices were reasonable. We'll be using this company in the next 5 years when we have to replace our roof.

After heavy rains, I called and sent messages to several roofing repair companies to fix a leak in our roof. River Oakes was the first to respond and was at our home within 2 hours. They were straightforward about what the issue was, which was what we thought the problem was as well. The repair was quick and priced fairly.
