+ -1 moreThey arrived before the appointed time and looked at the existing walk way configuration. We discussed options for replacing the path and I was told I would receive an estimate the following week. That was the last I heard, my follow up call was never returned. I figure they were either abducted by aliens or spontaneously combusted. Either way I'm not impressed.
Description of Work: They came by to look at a yard walk way replacement project and were supposed to send an estimate three days later.

+ -1 moreI contacted My Landscaper and scheduled an appointment the following week for an estimate on installing a patio in my backyard. Nobody from this company showed up at the scheduled time, nor have I received any phone calls from My Landscaper. I consider such unresponsiveness to be an unprofessional business practice and rude.

+ -1 moreThe owner of My Landscaper, Jeffery Earp came to my house a week before to provide a free estimate of the work. His team arrived on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently staying within the budget that was quoted. They did a really great job. I will post the pictures to the site within the week. The yard was overgrown and they dug up the weeds, old mulch, old landscape stones ect and put down a large patio that extends from the house to the back gate with a few small stones forming a walkway from the house. They trimmed and remulched the Azalia bushes and added a border with the patio.
Description of Work: I have a small condo size yard that had a few plantings but was mainly overgrown with 2 or 3 years worth of mulch that needed to be cleared out. My Landscaper removed old mulch and dug up the overgrown part of the yard installing a patio and a border around my plants.
