+ -1 moreI never got a response from the vendor. I called and also left an email with no response from Hill. I called this vendor specifically because he was located in the area where I grew up and wanted to support a business operating in Dumfries, VA. No response from Hill is disappointing.

+ -1 moreKenneth gave me a fair estimate and he stuck to it. He came when he said he was going to come and got the job done in the amount of time he had estimated. (Anyone who has worked with many contractors knows that that's a HUGE statement.) He did all the work himself, which was a lot--pulling down walls, resurfacing and staining concrete, etc. He's now my realtor boyfriend's go-to guy for concrete work, largely because of his reliability.
