+ 1 moreThey arrived one day after they were scheduled due to rain. Immediately went to work, found additional rotted wood in one location, gave a fair price to add this work to the estimate and proceeded. Scheduled their work to avoid the rain and are completing today, did not damage to the landscaping and were always cleaning up before they left each day.
Description of Work: Asked them to remove rotted railing and other exterior trim work that was bad, also replaced decking and then repainted all they had replaced.

+ 1 moreOverall we are pleased. The workers were neat and left no trash behind. There is some damage to one spot (2ft x 2 ft) of our ground cover that could have been caused by paint solvents.
Description of Work: The house siding and brick were power washed. The siding was coated with a clear finish, the trim painted with 2 coats, and the wrought iron railing on the deck was cleaned and painted black. The front and rear doors were cleaned and varnished. The work was done on time and looks great. The estimate was about 10% less than a comprable company. A 3rd company on Angie's website refused to bid because they normally do exteriors.

+ 4 moreThey were recommended by my real estate agent. When installing the windows they had to replace some trim around the windows that had rotted they also extended some of the windows sills for my cats to lay on. I am definitely going to use them again. They showed up on time and worked hard all day. They were some minor things I had to remind them off but they were very clean. I have already recommended them to others and I am very pleased with my experience.
Description of Work: They did a wide variety or work; they framed and insulated my laundry room, plaster and painting work, they also installed 8 recessed lights. They installed some hanging lights in a hallway and 6 lights in the den. They also replaced all of the windows in my town home.

+ -1 moreI AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES THAT WERE PROVIDED. HE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. THE COMPANY WAS WORKING ON A FRIEND'S HOME IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THEY TOLD US ABOUT HIM AND WE HAD SEEN THE GOOD JOB THAT THEY HAD DONE ON THEIR HOME. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.
Description of Work: OUTSIDE PAINTING. FLOOR ON BACK PORCH, SIDING AND TRIM.
