I am very satisfied with him. He is very professional and I like the price. He is not too expensive. He doesn't take too long to do the job and he did a good job.

He then did a meticulous job of removing the electronically shorted old water and then installing and programming the replacement water heater. In spite of the fact that he sources water heaters from Plumbing Supply Houses that don't carry the Lowe's stocked item in question, he proceeded to explain to us the pros and cons associated with programmable water heaters as he set-up the programmable options based on our feedback. I was impressed with the quality copper fittings and craftsmanship exhibited when soldering all the connections and fittings. Glenn explained the importance of the Warranty Statement and shared with us how Lowe's implements its warranty program. Over the course of several jobs on our properties, some small and some pretty complex, we have found Glenn to be a reputable, polite, consciencious, tenaciuous towards completing a job in a single visit and to be a well sought after plumber. He was refered to us by a local Plumbing Supply House - VAMAC and I have come across others who are familiar with his work. Over two years later, the water heater and plumbing are performing without incident. We are very satisfied with results in this, as in all, instances thus far.
