FBT Is dedicated to excellent customer service and quality work. There was a miscommunication between the customer and the estimator in this one case. The customer did send an email that stated they would be leaving for a vacation and would like to Hire FBT for their tile work upon their return. The email was interpreted by our estimator as though the client was giving the heads up that they would be in contact once back from vacation to set up a time to meet to go over the contract. We did receive a call from the customer when he returned from vacation and our estimator spoke the client right away. They had set up a phone meeting the following morning to go over the contract. The customer called the office instead of the estimator's cell phone, when told the estimator was not in he assumed the estimator could not be reached. Our estimator called him right back from his cell phone in the field but the customer did not want to talk to him. After several calls and emails to the customer that day with no reply from the client we assumed they were no longer interested. We regret and apologize for the miscommunication between the client and the estimator.
