I was very pleased with the services provided by this firm, and the agent who worked with us, Paula Pummill. We started discussing listing the property with her on January 10, 2010, and closed on February 24, 2010, and this was in the short sale and foreclosure ravaged 22193 zip code. She was extemely professional, gave expert advice on pricing and improvements, marketed the property well, and sold it much faster than we had anticipated, at the asking price. Overall, Paula provided wonderful service and is an expert in her field.

Realtor was difficult to reach....said she'd call and let us know if a potential renter was interested...she never called. We had to hold off on another potential renter in an effort to give the realtor 1st right or refusal...we had to continue calling that evening hoping to reach her since other renters were ready to sign...finally reached her the next day and she said she had not heard from the 1st choice renter. Never mentioned her promise to inform us the day prior. Decided not to follow through w/ this company in the end.

They are wonderful. You really are worry free when you let them take care of your property. They contract both the owner and the tenants. They take good care of them. The owner?s husband is a general maintenance handyman and he is hands on with the work. He works for her. It does hardly costs anything to get the work done by them. They charged $75 to remove the tree and that too because they had to hire someone else to do the work. They charge only 8% to take care of the property. Century 21 is more competitive with the price. I had hired another company to take care of my property before but later I let Century 21 take care of one property and another company the second property. At the end of the year I was happier with Century 21 than the previous company so I let them take over the second property as well.
