Like the technician that the company sent. He was very knowledgeable and gave good suggestions for work that needed to be done. However, company estimated time of arrival off by many hours. Would have hired them to do the work suggested, but phone calls and emails have not been answered. Looking for a new company.

Very respectful and clean gentlemen who did a good job and cleaned up whatever they needed to from the gutters. Would definitely hire them again.

Up front and honest, throughly explained what was needed and why and provided options for the best options available to correctly address the problems. Due to the scope of work needed they rescheduled the work quickly and arrived on time and came with all equipment necessary to complete the project. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Requested a gutter cleaning for a townhouse. I got a quick schedule for the next day. Workers came within the appointment window and did a good cleaning with wash down. I am happy

The American Chimney people were friendly, competent and efficient. However, just like earlier this year when I had an appliance person come out to check my refrigerator, I paid $89.10 as I did another $89.10 for the gas fireplace. neither professional was able to meet my needs. The appliance guy said yes the fridge compressor was the problem but I should stay with company I purchased it from to keep the warranty. The chimney guy did not work on gas fireplaces, said I should call the company manufacturer for check. He did check chimney and said fireplace flame appeared low. When I requested a gas fireplace professional I expected someone who was qualified in all aspects of gas fireplace check, repair and able to even add a remote if possible. I have requested an insulation check of my attic but now Iâ m going to cancel. They will probably come and check insulation and I will have to pay $89.10 for them to tell me I need to call an insulation company for additional insulation if required. So no I will no use home advisor again.

They arrived on time, were able to navigate the deck and trees expertly, and did a thorough job. Highly recommended!

Never kept appointments. When originally came out did not pull the dryer out to check vent. After ten minutes on the outside vent they said need to replace ten feet of head liner. They eventually came back out and unclogged the vent. Then promised to refund money collected for the head liner. Since June 10th they said will mail the refund and never did. Then, they said will drop the check off multiple times and did not. Have made several excuses and now do not answer the phone or respond to email.
