Very friendly and helpful, able to finish work same day. Needed service the same day as the request and they were able to accommodate the need for quick service and did a great job.

THEY WERE FRIENDLY, FAST AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID EXACTLY AS STATED, EVEN MORE . VERY HAPPY WITH THE CREW THEY SENT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The two men who came were friendly and accomplished the dryer vent cleaning quickly. They assured me that the vent was clear. One man suggested that I replace part of my vent because it had not been installed correctly. I was aware of the problem and decided to go ahead with the replacement as American gave me a reasonable quote. They installed the new vent on a another day and it turned out that the old vent still had some lint in it. Additionally, I was not completely satisfied with the installation of the outside vent hood or in their clean up. Average work. Promised to come back and remedy and they cancelled 3 times and they never called again. would not reccommend

Prompt and efficient, they cleaned my chimney without leaving a so much as a smudge in my all white living room! They provided a range of options for addressing cracked mortar and water leaks discovered during the cleaning and once I decided which best fit my budget, they did a great job of the repairs on a return trip.

I had a couple scheduling issues, but they ultimately got the work done at my convenience with little hassle and a better than fair price. I'm still waiting on the report I was supposed to get to provide to my Condo Association though so I could hopefully get some reimbursement from them for the repair work. Never came...

They were quick and fixed any issues i had promptly at no additional cost.

I was so impressed with the outstanding work of Michael Rollins and Derek Knight. They arrived timely and patiently explained the importance of chimney maintenance to a novice, such as me. They put me at ease, as they stated most people aren���t aware of the importance of chimney inspections and what can happen if you don���t have them. They clearly and concisely discussed the process of inspecting, cleaning, and evaluating a chimney. They identified the mold and water issues, recommending fixes.
