They were fixing our chimney inside and out so we had a lot of issues with the weather... But we all worked through that and got the job done.They did a great job, were very courteous and the pricing was well worth the work they had to do. Will use them again

Chimney sweep was honest and courteous, was ontime, and did a good job.

Very flexible scheduling. They came on Sundays to accommodate my schedule. Quality of work seems to be good so far. They work hard for their money.

They had to reschedule the appointment at the last minute because of an emergency roof repair. They came a week later and did the job for the agreed upon price and cleaned up almost everything as well. Very nice people too!

Mike was really accommodating with days and times, and his customer service and friendliness were impeccable. His tech , Derek was the same and he did a great job despite feeling under the weather that day. I'll be calling them next year.

this job has been one big head ache. I told the gentleman that gave me a quote that I was getting gas logs and wanted my wood stove insert removed and chimney cleaned. He said, no problem. When the tech arrived and cleaned the chimney I could tell he was finishing up so I told him the stove was supposed to be removed as well and he stated he didn't know anything about it but that he would come back on the weekend and pick it up. He never came back so I called and they said they would come the next day. They never showed up the next day. I called again and asked when they were coming and why they did not show up and I was told they don't remove wood stoves but they would send someone in the next few days. They did show up but didn't have a dolly or hand truck to move it. I was told once again they would be back in the next day or two. Once again, they did not show up so I called several days in a row to find out when they would be coming....when they finally returned my call the guy told me he would be out that night after he completed 2 jobs. Once again, no one showed up. This is unacceptable. I paid the amount quoted to clean the chimney and remove the wood stove and was never told this is not a service they do not perform until several phone calls after they had told me over and over again that they were coming to get it. I would not hire this company again and would not put any friends or family through this type of service.

The guys that came to my house only did a quarter of the job. I am extremely disappointed. Will not ever recommend this company to anyone.

They not only the fireplace but went up on the roof and found several problems with the flashing and caulking. This was causing moisture to come into the fireplace. Outside, they also pointed out that my gas meter needed caulking and painting. They had me call Columbia Gas to take care of this problem. Way beyond what I had expected and I am so glad that I called them.
