They arrived on time, were polite, professional, and efficient. They removed debris from the gutter, repositioned a gutter guard, and thoroughly flushed the downspouts. I will definitely use them again.

Mike and Derrick were great. Super friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Cleaned my gutters and trouble shot my drains on my back patio that were not draining properly. I will definitely hire this company again and ask for MIke & Derrick! Thanks Guys!

They were early for their appointment and they explained why my gutters were overflowing and how they were fixing them. They worked through the rain and their price was very reasonable.

only reason there wasn't a 5 on every category is because of a stubborn bird that didn't get out of a vent the 1st visit. No additional charges for the 2nd visit and worked very hard to meet our agreed upon needs.

I had an email contract for $99.00. The representative expected $150.00 at the time of service. The representative showed me a problem with the gutter, offered to fix it. The problem was not fixed when they departed.

Lewis was very prompt in responding to my calls and accommodated every request. He sent Derek onsite to clean the gutters and I have to tell that he did an excellent job. Very patient and cleaned the gutter/spouts thoroughly. I would recommend American chimney to any one of my friends with out any hesitation.
