Needed the gutters cleaned on my house. American Chimney Sweeps responded to my quote request. We set up an appointment. The guys were on time and professional. They were done in about an hour. Briefed me afterwards by showing pictures of my gutters and made some maintenance recommendations. Good guys.

Two men came and cleaned for a few hours. Rained two days later showing the down spout were not cleaned. Not professional company. Seems to be very small business hiring miss fits for jobs. Would not hire or recommend them to anyone.

Initially our dryer vent was very difficult to find and the technician cleaned the wrong bent. After I called back to have the tech come back out, the company responded quickly and the tech was very apologetic. He cleaned a huge pile of lint out of the dryer vent and everything is working great now

Derrick was very efficient and cleaned the dryer vent in a short amount of time. He fixed a tear in the vent. Now I feel safe using the dryer.

They were very accomodating about the schedule. Work was fast and efficient. We were hoping to get an estimate on some additional work but have not yet received a requested estimate ... unless it went to that dreaded "junk mail" folder of my email some how. Looking forward to some future projects.

Outside of gutters not cleaned, left dirty. Also requested they remove pile of leaves/twigs from roof, which they agreed to, but did not. Pile of debris on roof in plain sight and dirty looking gutters. Not too happy.

They were on time and no mess left behind

Gutter cleaner showed up even though it was raining. He was very personable and did a very thorough job of cleaning the gutters. He also tightened the gutters, repaired a leaking end cap, and flushed the downspouts to make certain they were not clogged. I would strongly recommend American Chimney for this type of job and will gladly use them again.

My project had odd requirement they were able to do it. I had them fix the side vent, take down satellite dish and cleaning exterior.

The telephone estimate I received was $75-99 depending on the amount of cleaning required. There was no mention of the price before the work began, however, when completed the invoice was for $99. When I asked why the cost was in the upper range the service rep. said he knew nothing about the lower price. The work was done well but I'd advise to get a firm on-site price quote before allowing the work to proceed.

It took several phone calls to get an invoice to prove to my rental company that the work had been done.
