Very good service

Great job in cleaning out the gutters and downspouts on a rental that hadn't been done in 9 years. The price was very reasonable considering the time it took 2 men to do the job.

American Chimney performed service on my chimney, the customer service was outstanding, they were accommodating proficient and professional. My chimney was in terrible shape, I hadn't used it since purchasing my home in 2002. They worked wonders, it's in great shape and ready for the winter. I would recommend them to friends, family and co-workers. I also plan to use them for follow-up service. Thank you!

I located American Chimney Sweeps through Home Advisor. Louis (Lewis?) was responsive and accommodating to my scheduling needs, and his price quote was at or below the competition. We agreed upon a date/time one week out since I was going out of town for the holidays, but he said he'd try to squeeze me in before the holidays, if possible - I assured him it wasn't necessary. Other than showing up 2 hours late - I called Louis after 1 hour and was told that Derek was running late but was on his way to my house, I was pleased with the job. Derek and his partner, Tim, were polite and professional in doing their work. They worked from a ladder (no climbing on my roof or walking on my gutters, as previous companies I've hired to clean my gutters had done), and they captured all the debris in a trash bag that they hauled away. They used my garden hose to finish the cleaning and to show that the gutters and downspouts were clear, and even took digital before/after photos to show me at the end of the job (since I wasn't about to climb the ladder to see for myself). Derek coiled up my garden hose and he and Tim cleaned up any debris that they may have missed. Overall, I was very satisfied with their job (but recommend a courtesy phone call to the customer in the future when they're running late). I will be calling upon American Chimney Sweeps again in the future and recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

This company was hired to inspect our Chimneys after a fire. They inspected both chimneys and I paid 129.00. This was on December 23,2015. They took pictures and told me I would recieve an email with their findings and pictures. I have called them many times because I still have not received the information promised. It's been almost a week since they were here..I am very unhappy and for 129.00 I think I got ripped off...do not use this company!!!!

They squeezed me into their schedule and mad sure the work was completed by a certain date.

Ihave to let people know that is a company who is honest and professional. I have own my house since 1989 and no one no one has ever cleaned and checked my fireplace like them. I will use them again and have passed on their phone number to one neighbor that wants a service call. I could not be happier with American Chimney Sweeps the gentleman was courteous friendly and cleaned up after their work was done. They took great care to make sure no soot ever touch any part of the room. If you want quality service at a fair price call them you will not be disappointment.
