Great service- very professional and reasonably priced. Would use them again without any hesitation.

Very professional, but explained things very clearly. Answered all questions and gave a brief review of what they would be doing. Maintained cleanliness, both wore masks and practiced acceptable social distance. Gave a recommendation of work that may be needed in the main unit, but did not push us to have them Do it.Explained how we could do it. Assured all questions were answered prior to them leaving. We could not have been more impressed!

Although the work is not completed yet the American Chimney Sweep Pros explained the process they were going to use to accomplish all phases of the work. And due to me changing the scope of the work it was necessary to rescheduled the work for three days to get required parts. So far they've showed a high degree of knowledge. I look forward to their return to complete my work.

They were very quick to come out and assess our dryer vent situation. They explained the repairs to be made, were reasonably priced and made sure we were comfortable with the repairs to be made.

Both technicians were extremely polite. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and more than willing to work through different options to provide the best service for us.

Michael took a bird out of the clothes dryer hose. Cleaned it out. Sanitized. I was desperate to get this done. The bird lived to build another nest. Won't be here. Tomorrow Michael is coming back to add a guard. This is my second 'break in.'

On March 24, 2020 was the appointment date set when I contracted this company for $199 plus government discount for air duct cleaning with unlimited vents. I spoke with a representative that told me it was $199 for unlimited thermostats and vents. He claimed his manager would personally come, fully suit up, clean and disinfect the units and clean the air ducts. The manager, Lewis and helper Derrick showed up. Once we refused to pay $800 for this job, they refused to give me their last name. We believe that it is not legal for any contractor to work in our home that refuse to provide identification. We also believe this is a violation for a licensed contractor. It is a scam. Once they looked at the units, they claimed it would cost $800. The said it is over $200 per unit for 3 units and that does not include cleaning and disinfecting. They refused to clean it. They refused to provide any service for any of one of the three units for the contracted price. The $199 is a scam to get them in your door. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING, LIARS AND SCAMMERS. I am reporting them to DPOR. Below is the service I was told I would receive for $199 but when they came I was told it would be $800; when I refused to pay $800 and asked what would I receive for the advertised and contracted price I was told they refused to do anything for that cost! Air Duct Cleaning there are no disclaimers on their site that says they may refuse service based on any of the following conditions they may find. In fact by their own admission these are standard and customary reasons they are contracted to clean and disinfect to rid you of these items; not to refuse service because your units may be subject to them. They explained everything to us and were so polite. They walked in and knew exactly what we needed done based on our phone conversation. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

I had dryer vent cleaning. They discovered a problem and were able to address one part while quoting me to the additional, non-immediate need. Professional, very well versed in their industry, very reasonable rates. Service completed quickly and thoroughly.

Had a job done by them. Their communication is very bad with the customer and also within the own company, the worker who was sent by them had no idea what even needed to be done. The manager when he did the estimate said would put a new chimney cap, but they just used the same one. Definitely would look for another chimney provider.

Louis and Derek were very professional and explained what was being done and what had to be done. Then two young men came on December 2, to complete the work and they were just as prompt and professional. Sorry I did not get their names. Your employees are very well trained. Well highly recommend them and will certainly your company again.

They came out and gave me a free estimate and scheduled the service for the next week. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to whether they were not able to make my appointment time, but I did not get the notice until after they were scheduled to be there. Somehow I slipped thru the cracks but to make up for it, they came out first thing the very next morning. The guys were very professional and one thing I liked, they took their shoes off before walking thru my home. The work was done in a timely manner and our fireplace is working great now.

They could not complete the job because they did not have the right sized ladder. They were also 2 hours late for the appointment and told me I could schedule another appointmentment with the office and they would come back with the right sized ladder.

Lewis and Derek were great! They were both VERY professional and gave me the best price they possibly could. Will definetly use this company again!
