Derrick was great. He was very polite and friendly. He completed the job and also noticed some damage on the chimney. He gave a reasonable quote for the repair but was not pushy to make the "sale". He let me make the decision.

Hired them for gutter cleaning. Was told cost would be $99. However, the company charged $125. After numerous calls, someone called me back that they would pay me back the $26. However todate have not received my money. All calls go to VM and no one calls back.

Very customer friendly. Very engaging with keeping me up to date on the status of the project (what is next and what was completed,).

After dealing with a horrible experience with another local gutter service, it was a breath of fresh air doing business with American Chimney Lee and Derick did an awesome job, the price was awesome, and the customer service from telephone scheduling to the actual job was fantastic. I was very please and will use them again.

Very impressed with this company. Before they called me with an estimate, they had pulled my house up on Google earth. While looking at my house on Google earth they discussed with me the scope of the job to be done. Along with the clean of the gutters and downspouts, we had some lichen growing on the rooftop. They were able to give me a price for the gutter and downspout cleaning along with power washing the roof. They showed up on time on the appointed day, worked until the job was completed , and left the property in excellent condition.

They came out right when they said they would, did an amazing job, next time I need gutters done again we will definitely be using them!
