The young lady I spoke with to set up my appointment was very polite and professional. The appointment was for 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning and technician showed up at 8:45 a.m. So he was prompt and on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable about his craft and answered all of our questions, including several regarding the installation of a fireplace blower. I will be hiring them in the future for regular maintenance checks on our fireplaces! Excellent work!

When I called, they returned my call almost immediately. They were very cordial and polite I needed someone asap and they arrived in the next 2 days. Absolute professional and clean. They even did a favor I asked which need a tall ladder inside the house. I have a new chimney and gutter company!

Very professional crew. Took great care to clean every crack and crevis. Many chimney cleaners rush to get on to their next jobs, but these guys took their time and really did a professional cleaning. I am glad I hired them.

This is the second time we have used American Chimney Sweeps. Employees are very knowledgeable and honest. Only one setback and that was the timeliness. First appointment was missed with no call and no show, but they did follow up apologize and fit us right in the next day. Completely redeemed themselves plus the works speaks for itself.

I hired this company to clean/sweep the fireplace and chimney. That was done very efficiently and quickly. Unfortunately, they discovered some damage that needs to be addressed. I'm still waiting for an official estimate.

After an agreed upon date, when the work could begin. Their employee Lee, whom I call Man with nerves of steel. Because, of his No Fear of Heights got right to work and done a Good Job. (RECOMMENDED).

Lewis and Rose were very thorough in inspecting my chimney leak. They were very caring to my situation and I was overly grateful as I have been going through a hard time with some water damage! Lee and his team came out to do the work and they were a joy to have working on my home!!! I have already referred them to friends and family!

Very professional and pointed out a problem that I have been having with one of my rooms. I would highly recommend them and the service has actually helped since my house seems cooler. It probably helped since I never had this service done before.

We had an appointment with them at the beginning of the week they called in advance to reschedule due to the extreme heat and I completely understood this as it was extremely hot. Rescheduled for Friday between 12 and 2. They were running late still and was unable to get to us on Friday. however they made every effort to get to us on Monday. The crew showed and did phenomenal work and cleaned up after the process as well. Will more than likely hire them for more work.

I liked them so much that I immediately hired them again to clean the chimney and dryer vent at my rental Condo.
