Lee, the gentleman who serviced our chimney, was a pleasure to work with. He arrived 15 minutes early and I invited him in as he was going to sit in his truck and wait until the scheduled time to come to the door. He did a great job, left everything very clean, and was a consummate professional. I will use them every time.

Good workmanship, professional attitude. The tech showed up 2 hours late, but I think that he had a valid reason. I would have appreciated being kept more up to date by the office. But overall, the experience was good.

Prompt. Courteous. Got the job done and kept the area clean. Found a couple ofnsmall cracks in grout on top edge of chimney and a loose brick. Took photos and kept me informed. Thisbis my first house with a chimney, so they explained what to look for and how to get and keep the fire going.
