They did an excellent job cleaning the dryer vent. Showed up as scheduled. Derek and Chris were very professional and personable. I was considering getting a new dryer, but the cleaning did the trick. Very pleased.

They showed up on time. They were professional and prepared to work. They called ahead of time to make sure everything was still scheduled. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure we were satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend them and I will be calling them back again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

They came on time and the rep. was both courteous and professional. I thought the price was a little steep, but considering that I live in Northern VA. approx. 35 miles to DC, I realize that nearly everything else is quite expensive as well in this area.
