Came at the beginning of the arrival window; fast; professional; even fixed a split dryer hose for me.

Jojo and Derek extremely professional and knowledgeable and gave run down on future tips. They were thorough and we are very pleased. They cleaned up afterwards too!

Know what the entire cost includes. My job was limited to just cleaning the fireplace on the inside of the house and relighting the pilot light. A small job that had a set price whether a chimney was cleaned or not.

The service guys were very courteous and friendly, but the project started the 1st few days into November and was not completed until 1/2 way through January. The service guy said they had to special order the cap which would take a couple of days and they would keep me updated. After several weeks, I called to check on it as they had not called. It was taking longer “because National was behind on orders- we’ll keep you updated”. Never happened. I had yo kerp calling to get the same story. I had paid them for the job, so I was concerned that I had been scamed. After more calls, they finally said they had received it and would send someone out in a day or so. A week or so later, they showed up to installed the cap. If they had better communication with the consumer, and update as they promised, I’d give them a much higher rating. They also need a new supplier for special orders.

Very easy to work with. I actually added a second job with American Chimney Sweeps beside the gutter cleaning; Dryer Vent cleaning. They did both jobs on the same day. I received an additional discount for scheduling two services for the same day. Both jobs were completed and my house was left 'clean' by the technicians. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again myself.

Travis and Jerry are wonderful men! They did a professional job in a timely manner, and are very experienced. I give them and this company five stars, and will hire them again!

Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and they explained everything they were doing whilst doing the job. They also answered any questions I had about what they were to do in order to get the job done. They got a mountain of lint out of my dryer exhaust pipe!

We had Travis and & Jerry come out and inspect both our Ducts and Chimneys. They were complete professionals, and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up getting the ducts, furnace, and HVAC system cleaned. The amount of material they got out of our ducts was disgusting!!!! Due to the fact that we have two huge golden retrievers and bad allergies we also purchased a UV light to be installed soon. However, even with just the cleaning, there is already a noticeable difference. Dust does not build up as quickly and the house smells cleaner. I have also noticed a significant difference in my allergies. I highly recommend Travis and Jerry for both duct system and chimney cleanings! Thus far, it was worth every penny!

Great work, identified issues with the chimney and repaired. Prices were fair. Friendly polite and professional. They even clean heating vents which we had them do as well. When we had an issue with our flue, they even came back out and took care of it after hours. Very impressed with their service, they are now our go-to company.

They set an appointment but didn't show and didn't call. They made up for it in the end however, I had to keep calling to get them to respond. In the end, they got the work done and happy with the work. I would say that the responsiveness is something they can work on.

The pro knew his stuff. Demonstrated the responsibility of a pro. Soft-spoken, good demeanor, helpful, explained everything and more about what he was doing....rare.

Very professional company that knows the chimney business. Technician came a few minutes early; was very patient in educating me about what he was going to do and why; very clean; and very competitive pricing.

Revised. Good company to work with. We had a bit of a mix-up at first, where the service was performed by a very friendly and polite technician, yet a few items were remaining. We immediately received a proactive contact from the owner, who arranged to have the remaining items finished. The second technician came back and fixed the major remaining items, but there is still one small item remaining. Never-the-less, we are pleased at the level of customer service (we didn't even contact them, they contacted us to ensure our service was completed to our satisfaction) and the responsiveness by the company. The job was done well and everyone was professional and polite.
