They had to come twice to get it right and I'm not sure even now if the gutter is draining correctly. It may need repair.

I have used this company in the past and they have always provided excellent service at a reasonable price.

A very small job of $125.00 was messed up by their technician........ Mr. L [Consumer name withheld at their request], manager, called and apologized. He visited later and apologized again. Gave him a bigger job of $1,000.00 and he did it almost for free....and now given him one more job. Will definitely recommend them now.

Jojo was awesome! He called to let me know he was on his way. He was super friendly and super knowledgeable. He did a great job sweeping the chimney and explained the issues he found with my fireplace. The price was great and the whole process was very efficient. 100% recommend them!

Company quoted one price but then had different price once they showed up to do the job. Once we agreed upon a price they got to work but promised pictures and never sent or showed them as well as left marks on my ceilings and walls from ladders.

As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had no idea who to contact for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Jojo, Devonne and Derek were incredibly professional from the first interaction, and they were extremely knowledgeable about their craft. I was appreciative by how thoroughly they explained the work to be done, and I was impressed by their effort to show me what they were doing and why. The gentlemen put us at ease with their demeanor, and they texted in advance to advise if they would be late due to traffic. I would highly recommend this company for any work related to chimneys, air ducts or dryer vents.

The guys were thorough, friendly, & accommodating. They made sure I understood & approved of additional cleaning needed and stayed until the job was completely sanitized. Loved 'em!

Had two of our chimneys serviced, a crown repaired, a chimney water-sealed, and will have our prefab fireplace re-sealed with silicone. The techs that came out, Derrick and Travis, were both very helpful and very nice/respectful. Thanks!

They took a $150 deposit to complete the dryer vent job and never completed it. When I call them on the phone, I never hear a live person responding, it's always a tape.

Personnel were professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be done. Will recommend them to others.
