I initially hired American Chimney to clean and inspect my chimney/fireplace prior to using for the winter. American Chimney pointed out a few things that needed additional attention. After consultation with American Chimney I authorized them to complete the work. Their knowledge, experience, professionalism, and overall general mannerisms during the initial assessment gave me confidence in their abilities to complete the work. They did an outstanding job, they were punctual, professional, and thorough. American Chimney should be your choice for all your chimney and fireplace work.

They answered my inquiry quicky, showed up on time, did the work, and left the fireplace area clean. The workman was pleasant and efficient. American did an excellent job.

Mike was great! We had some minor scheduling issues which is why I didn't get them a 5.

The first scheduled appointment had to be cancelled due to illness but we re-scheduled quickly for the following week. The day of the appointment they called before arrival to say they were on the way and running a bit late which I appreciated. Once there the two technicians went right to work and performed a dirty job quickly and efficiently. Given that the room the work was to be done in had been recently painted I was concerned but they did the job with out any residue marring the paint whatsoever. The fireplace has never looked better.

You can depend on American Chimney's Mike Rollins and Derek Knight (or whoever they send out to your home) to be professional, courteous, and honest. Their work ethic is excellent! The results more than satisfy. I feel as though I have made a new friend.

Originally scheduled for 10am, they called nice and early and requested to come early. That was great considering they just didn't show up a lot earlier. Very fast, efficient, and left the fireplace/chimney clean as ever. Very knowledgeable and gave me a superb price for my flexibility. Will definitely use these guys again.
