Got both my new washer and dryer hooked up! Good to go.

Service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and fix it in 1 hour.

From start to finish, the entire project was handled with a tremendous amount of professionalism! I was extremely happy with the responsiveness to complete the project even on a Saturday! I will use their services again and highly recommend to others.

Project went great, but costs for labor and parts were not broken down, and the price for the part must have been about twice the going Home Depot price of $200. I was also charged a tax, which I have never heard of before.

It went well and service was prompt. Unfortunately I was charged the fullest possible price for the replacement part. No breakdown of parts and labor was provided. I was overcharged by at least $100. I accepted only because the problem arose over a weekend and he was able to make it out on a Monday morning. I found out later that there is a compact version would have been a better choice.

Able to come the same day to check out our malfunctioning refrigerator. Had the correct replacement part on his truck.

Great service and install of a new dishwasher. Called on Tuesday and they were able to fit my install into their schedule the next day! Showed up exactly when they said they would and preformed flawless work. A++

Muzamal Gondal was our service technician and was on time with a friendly greeting.He diagnosed the problem and replaced a sensor within minutes.He also told us the vent trap that leads to the outside gets clogged up over time and needs to be cleaned out. And sure enough it was clogged. Now that was informative and helpful. The next appliance repair I will ask for Muzamal. Thank you, Richard Stallings

American Appliance did a great job! Very good communication before, during and after, explaining the problem with the refrigerator and giving me options when possible. I would say very trustworthy and friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned to complete the job well and to my satisfaction. I recommend them highly!

Needed rubber sealed replaced on washer. Previous owner really did not take care of washer. He did a fantastic job and my husband and myself was pleased. Very nice and professional. And also gave us some advice on how to keep it clean.

I was an appliance install. It was quickly and went well. They came and installed my gas range, cleaned up after themselves. Very polite.

Technician arrived near end of window given, diagnosed the problem quickly and installed the new part (that he had in the truck). Everything's fine again. The tech was very professional, wore a mask as did I (May 2020, COVID-19 pandemic), and worked quickly. Now everything's fine. Glad they were able to come out on short notice!

It was great! I called them mid morning to let them know my refrigerator was making a clicking sound, all the lights on the display had gone off and it was not cooling sufficiently. I had a birthday dinner that evening so it was important. The technician came around 3:45 and diagnosed the problem as a burned out computer board. He had one on his truck and fixed it immediately! He was very nice, personable and knowledgeable. He had a mask and gloves for proper social distancing in this era of covid-19. The price was reasonable. This is now my go to company if I ever need an appliance repair! Highly recommend!

It turns out that the lid locking mechanism was broken, so the machine would not work. The Technician came and spent about 15 minutes troubleshooting and then left. He came back about two hours later with another technician and the replacement part and installed it in about another 15 minutes. The washer is working quite well now. The technicians were very courteous and professional. They both wore face masks due to the COVID-19 issue. I'd definitely use them again.

Simple reasonable process, would hire again.

The technician showed up on time and even called before he got here. He was very courteous and efficient. He diagnosed the issue right away and gave good advice.

Outstanding job on repair of both our refrigerator and freezer. Muzamal was the best diagnostician and repair professional who has ever looked at our refrigerator/freezer.

The technician arrived within the time window. He was highly professional and removed shoes upon entering the house. He diagnosed the problems and provided honest advice where appliances were not worth repairing. He was very open to questions along the way.

The problem with my Kenmore dryer was diagnosed very quickly and the repair was made. Service was professional, thorough, and timely. I will add American Appliance Services to my speed dial for future appliance repair work.
