The team was professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. They communicated every step of the way and ensured that my vision was met. The work was completed efficiently, and the quality of their craftsmanship really shows. Their customer service was excellent, and they were always responsive to my questions and requests. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality landscaping services. I will definitely hire them again in the future!
Description of Work: This company provided a wide range of services for my yard. They removed all the old plants and bushes and replaced them with new, vibrant ones. The team mowed, edged, and blew the driveway to ensure everything was clean and neat. They also trimmed all the bushes and hedges, pruned the trees, and added mulch to the garden beds. Additionally, they installed new flower beds, laid down decorative stone pathways, fertilized the lawn and plants, and even aerated the soil to promote healthier growth. The attention to detail in every task was impressive.

+ -1 moreBeware ... these folks overcharged me and once they heard I was not happy with it ..... they avoided me and nothing after messages left and crickets, no calls return and the boss is always too busy. Well its a good thing they are so busy because they lost me as a customer.

+ -1 moreThe appointment was made with Nicole the office manager for 7/14/18 at 10am and never had any call regarding the appointment and at 10:30 I called Julian Graham to find out when they were going to be at my home. He was not aware of the appointment and said he would call back. At 11:15 am I called him back because I had no return call and he stated that Nicole left me a message which is not the case. He stated that he could not make the appointment today as he was not in my area. I do not think that this service is up to Angie’s List Standards and would in set no circumstances recommend this business to anyone wishing Landscape work . I give them an F and buyer beware when engaging there services. I do not like to write negative reviews but in light of some of the other reviews this was very much warranted.

+ -1 moreHe's a FRAUD and SCAM. He took my money and next day said he could not do the work. Its been over 4 months and he has not returned my money. every week he makes up stories and lies that he will get accounting to cut my check and that he has not funds. He came to drop off check and told me not to depot it for 2 weeks...and when i went to depot after two weeks it bounced. I am in process of taking legal action againt him for Fraud. Stay away from him.

+ 2 moreWe are so happy with how our yard turned out. Neighbors have stopped to ask to come in back and look and have asked who did our yard. We are waiting to have Julian back to stain our deck and paint our back porch. We would highly recommend him, you will love his high energy and work ethic.
Description of Work: We got 3 estimates prior to deciding on Next Level, but once we met Julian and talked with him about our vague plans and listened to his ideas; and even though his company was the most expensive we felt as though we had to go with Next Level and we know we absolutely made the right choice. We wanted 12 trees removed and Julian and one of his men showed up on a Saturday, worked all day and got everything done so the project could start on Monday as it was planned to take 5 days. Julian was on site multiple times every day, actually working with his men, who also were so wonderful to work with and asked for our input on what they were doing. We had a front walkway of River rock and slate that connected to our back yard where they made a platform for our trash barrels so they are hidden but we can easily get them to the road. An amazing slate wall was built in our front yard that just gives so much character and appeal to the side of our house that was so empty before. All our current River Rock and slate pathway that encircles our entire house was refreshed and a slate patio off our back porch was relaid so we could use it as a dining area. We only have mulch in our backyard due to our dog's allergies so a lot of cedar mulch was laid and a lot of river rock was put down. Every day the place was spotless, nothing was left behind...we have 2 golden retrievers so believe me they would have found it if anything was left behind.
