After providing a no pressure quote for the windows, that was lower than others and provided better quality products, Eric and his team installed all but one of the windows in one day - including replacement of several rotted sils. The one window that they did not install that day was a bay window that replaced a box window - a much more involved project. Their work was high quality, and they were very open to questions and requests we had regarding the work they were doing. We are very happy with the work they did for us, and have recommended WoW to friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: We had WoW replace 15 windows, including 3 double-hung windows replaced with a new bay window.

The initial estimate was very upfront and low key (no high pressure like one of the other vendors). They were very patient and worked with my wife through several iterations of door style/sidelights. Once we nailed down the requirements, everything went smoothly, they kept us pretty much up to date as the windows and door unit were fabricated. Once they arrived they were prompt and got us scheduled for install within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we were scheduled for a Monday-Tuesday install (they did kind of hint that it would only take one day, but it took most of two). Anyway, the Monday was rained out and we ended up with half done on Tuesday and half done the following Monday. The install went smoothly and there were no problems. Everything looks great, they were even nice enough to recaulk and repaint a panel under the door unit that had peeling paint (and had been written up by the evil homeowners association). They left no mess inside or out. Not really anything to say but good things, and we are kind of picky. Highly recommend them... Small update, they had trampled a bush, we hadn't complained but had mentioned it in our direct on-line feedback to them. The manager went out of his way to contact us and offer a replacement bush.
Description of Work: We had 20 year old builder's grade basic windows, WoW installed 19 new windows and replaced front door unit (door and sidelights).

Bottom line - the experience could have been so much better, but the final result was good. I had considered four or five companies offering replacement windows, and went with WoW because the windows compared well to other vinyl products, their salesman was knowledgable and provided good advice, they would handle the modifications (some companies would only do straight replacements) and their price was competitive (although not the lowest). The straight-forward replacements went very well - the team of installers worked efficiently and workmanship was good. However, there was at least one problem where the old sill was rotten and had to be replaced; the first crew left with a 1/2" slope across the width of the window sill (this was fixed by the second crew that came in.) The major problems were with the four windows that weren't straight replacements. The first crew was under-qualified to do this work; nobody understood basics of drywalling after the window openings were widened, and the finish work on trim was substandard. Also, at one point, they were about to move a window opening several inches from the center of the wall because it would have simplified the work - without discussion with owners or consideration of aesthetics. (I happened to notice before they cut the siding, which would have been the point of no return.) In the end, the work was completed satisfactorily - a second crew came in, re-did portions of the work and finished the job. But what should have been a 2 1/2 day job stretched out to 5 days spread out over a couple weeks (with some living room furniture in the middle of the floor for the entire period). The business owner did get involved and he was instrumental in ensuring issues were resolved properly. Clearly, they are capable of doing good work - we are delighted with the new windows. But be cautious if you don't have at least some minimal knowledge of carpentry projects and aren't prepared to provide constant job oversight...
Description of Work: Replacement windows for entire house, with four window modifications that involved tear-outs or other structural work (kitchen windows were two side x side double hungs, replaced with awning window; 36" diameter window in bath replaced with rectangular awning window, and two narrow windows widened from 18" to 32" width).

[member name removed], Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and to talk through your experience with us in detail. As we discussed in reflection on the project, we regret the missed opportunity to make the work more seamless and provide a quicker turn around time from start to finish. We have now added an experienced Production Manager to our team that will be supervising all projects and providing constant oversight on any project that involves considerable construction work, as yours did. We continue to take feedback to heart, all the while striving to constantly improve our internal processes. We hope that the efforts we undertook in order to ensure your 100% satisfaction with the completed project help to demonstrate your value to us as a customer. We always stay true to our mission statement, which includes "Our work is not complete without your total satisfaction." We are glad that the quality of the products and the final look of the installation met this standard. Thank you again for your willingness to chat about your project with the owner and your patience with the project completion timeline. Best regards, The WoW Team

Eric Novotny, the owner of Windows on Washington, came out to do the estimate on the roof re-shingle. He listened to what I wanted to have done, made some suggestions and discussed several options. Later that day he emailed me an a couple estimates that corresponded to the two options I was considering. While the price for the work was not the lowest of the estimates I had received from the different roofing companies I contacted, the estimate did seem to be the most realistic in terms of the quality of the product, and the work to be performed. When I made the decision to go with Windows on Washington, I contacted Eric, and settled on a start date. The new roofing materials were delivered and pre-staged the day prior to the actual work start day. The work of stripping off the old roof, making needed repairs, and installation of the new roof was accomplished over the next two days. The work crew made sure that the roof was weather tight before they left the site in case a storm should pop-up. The supervisor and the work crew were exceptionally courteous, and made every effort to keep from damaging the landscaping as they went about their work. When problems/questions arose, the supervisor immediately communicated the issue to me, and a solution was worked out before any additional work (that was not on the original estimate) was undertaken. These issues involved some additional water damage that was not detectable until after the old roofing materials were removed. -- The additional cost for replacing the damaged area was reasonable and was accomplished without delaying the project. The crew did a very good job with removing all project debris. After the work was completed, the supervisor walked the area with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the quality of the work performed, and the area was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work performed, and would recommend Windows on Washington without reservation.

My 20 year old two story colonial was starting to come unraveled as partially described above. In addition to the window issues there was extensive wood rot in the exterior trim. I needed help and found it with Windows on Washington (WOW). After contacting the company Brandon arrived to see the needs and to give me estimates and recommendations. There were no high pressure sales tactics used at all. Brandon immediately set my wife and I at ease over what was a potentially stressful huge financial purchase for us. In fact we felt so comfortable that we inquired about making some custom changes to several of our windows to be included in the process. We had three side by side double hung windows which we wanted to be replaced with one huge picture window. The company researched whether this request could be fulfilled with safety as the primary concern. It was determined that they could install such a window and we are now enjoying it very much. We enjoy seeing the birds and our gardens at every meal. My elderly father-in-law spends hours at the table looking out this window. Replacement of 26 windows in the winter was initially a concern but WOW's highly trained installation crew worked with us every step of the way so that my wife's elderly parents would remain comfortable. WOW researched the replacement of two wood-rotted oval windows that two other companies had said they could not/would not replace. Consulting with us every step of the way, WOW suggested, devised and implemented a solution that looks and works great . The job went amazingly fast. We are extremely pleased with the Okna windows and their expert installation. WOW has also been extremely helpful in providing all the information needed for a rebate from Columbia Gas. All employees that we encountered from this company were friendly, professional, punctual and highly skilled. This company is top notch from top to bottom and excels at customer service. You will be very pleased and well taken care of if you choose this excellent company!
Description of Work: After much online research and with seeing so many glowing reviews on Angie's List for this company, I contacted Windows On Washington to replace all 26 of my 20 yr old house's leaking and spring popping windows. I was immediately so impressed by this company and their excellent work that I contracted with them again to also replace my decorative shutters, vents, soffits, chimney cap and repair and wrap all exterior trim. Thanks to Windows on Washington my house looks brand new and outside maintenance has been greatly reduced for the future. (The estimated cost above represents the total for both jobs, total window replacement and total exterior renewal.)

i We contacted Windows on Washington to replace three windows in our Family room. Brandon was our sales rep and was very informative, friendly and professional. Jose came out to measure and then came back to install with his team. We had to reschedule due to rain--AFTER jose had arrived at our house, which was a hike for him. It is hard to judge the weather sometimes and Jose and his team were very accommodating. Lynn rescheduled with no problems for us and Jose was ou again the next week. All went smoothly and our windows look great. The experience was painless from start to finish and we would definitely use this company again.

We had worked with WoW in the past for windows so we knew what to expect for the crawlspace insulation/air sealing job. We worked with the owner, Eric, who came over to check out the space and take measurements. Eric is very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of each method and provided us an estimate. Eric was easily reached for the many questions we had, and once we were on the same page he got us on the schedule very quickly. The job went off without a hitch and we are now enjoying warm floors and a more efficient house. In our first year plus of home ownership we have had a hard time finding dependable contractors. We are lucky to have stumbled across WoW, and after two jobs I couldn't offer enough praise for Eric and his company. They are truly dependable, principled and care about their customers. We look forward to working with Eric and his company again.

Last fall, I decided to finally pull the trigger on a long overdue window replacement in my 35 year old Colonial Revival home. Having used Windows on Washington for windows in a couple of rooms I remodeled previously, plus a previous attic insulation job, I contacted them as my first choice for replacing my windows. Eric Novotny & John Baker worked closely with me to determine what I needed, and were patient with my nitpicking and indecision over a few things (I was tempted to leave off the basement doors and windows, & I chose not to do the Garage Door or Windows because that is uninsulated space). Ultimately, it took until January for me to get my ducks in a row and ask Windows on Washington to proceed with the order. As has been consistently true of my interactions with Windows on Washington, they are extremely flexible, easy to work with, have consistently fair prices, and they deliver on their promises. They show up on time, have excellent quality of workmanship, and go the extra mile every time. The windows arrived a couple of weeks ago, and they called to make an installation appointment. They worked with us to find a date/time that worked for everyone, and then they showed up on time. You can't ask for more than that. All 16 windows and the the doors were installed in a single day. The installers were extremely hardworking and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and even inspected their own previous work, looking for any problems or minor imperfections. They even went so far as to fix some trim work I had failed to do properly on my part of the job on Kitchen windows they installed 3 years ago. (I left off some trim, never got around to installing it...). They also recaulked a couple of minor spots on the older windows. These guys are justifiably proud of their workmanship. The windows they installed are OKNA's, they look fantastic, and I've no doubt that they will outperform the 1978 era windows they replaced. I expect that they are competetive with any replacement window on the market today, and I have utter faith that if I have ANY problems with my windows, Windows on Washington will make it right. I absolutely recommend Windows on Washington for Window, Door & Insulation installation, and expect that ultimately I will be able to say the same for some of their other products. Frankly, of all the contractors I have worked with in the years I have lived here, these guys are Hands Down the best. Thanks Eric, John and all the people at Windows on Washington who made this project work!
Description of Work: Windows on Washington replaced 16 (14 Double Hung & 2 Hopper) Windows and 3 Doors in my 1978 Colonial House. For the record, they had previously replaced 3 Windows and insulated my attic. The new windows have internal grids and are manufactured by OKNA. The doors included 1 Front door with Double Sidelites, a basement door, and 1 back door (half glass with internal blinds). All the old windows and doors were removed and hauled away. New windows and doors were installed in a single day.

We bought a house and quickly discovered that the windows were extremely leaky-- leaking both air and water. We had replacement windows installed at our previous house, so I've seen some of the things that can go wrong, and I was not looking forward to the process. We had 6 companies come out and give us estimates. We chose WoW because they offered windows we wanted, provided an extremely detailed breakdown of the work they were going to do, and used the best installation materials. Their price was among the highest of our estimates, but we're extremely glad we went with them. The windows are gorgeous and they did a great job installing them. There was a bit of confusion regarding some of the external work on a few of the windows, but they did exactly what we wanted them to do with no hassle, and no extra charge. I'm confident we ended up getting well more than our money's worth.

We scheduled Windows on Washington to come out and perform an estimate to replace windows, siding, and roofing on our townhouse. The estimator was about a half-hour late to our appointment, but had sent an email to let us know (which is a little bit better). Upon arriving, he gave us many great ideas and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. We confirmed most of his suggestions based on information we sourced from Energy Star. The estimator said the next step was to take measurement, which would be a separate visit. After our initial visit, we tried multiple times to schedule Windows on Washington to come out and take measurements and complete a project plan. We told them repeatedly that we have a flexible schedule and can meet them almost any time. After numerous emails back and forth, and several excuses, it became clear that they did not want the job for some unknown reason. We were given excuses about staff illnesses, and frequent promises to reschedule. No matter how many issues come up, you can always find a way to put a date on a calendar and make it happen. If you want to stay in business, that is. However, our estimate was never given. So there is no way we can trust them with our money.

The windows in our only 7 year old home leaked air badly. I had to seal the edges with packing tape in the winter. No, the original company and builder couldn't/wouldn't do anything. In the search for new windows 5 companies come to the home. All the presentations sounded and looked good as did the products. Left us scratching our heads trying to ascertain which product was the best. This sent us to the internet to educate ourselves on windows and replacement windows. There is a lot of technical information available from professional organizations. After our mini self-education we searched for a window that fit the perimeters we wanted. Two brands came to the top in our mind, one being OKNA. They only had one distributor in our area, Windows on Washington (WOW). WOW had a showroom near us and we made a trip there. No high pressure, but willing to answer questions, and of course show us the product. They also handled other brand names. Additionally we investigated a second company that handled the second window we were considering. They also were local, no high pressure and answered our questions. So how to decide? We kept going back, looking at both products, read reviews, and asked lots of questions. Eric, at WOW, answered all our questions not only in a timely manner, but in an extremely thorough manner. He educated us, going above and beyond with information. He not only knew his products, he knew the industry. His goal was to provide the product that would be right for the job - not over or under performing. We always found his information sound. We decided on WOW. From that point EVERYONE we dealt with continued to be top notch. Polite, caring customer service is a hallmark of this company. The attic air sealing was done first. GREAT crew. Fast, efficient, and very polite. We still had some hot days of summer left, but with the windows leaking it was hard to tell how much difference it would make. From the air leakage tests done before and after - a lot of difference! Windows, being custom measured took a few weeks. When they came in they scheduled us for an afternoon. I wondered, 10 windows in afternoon? The crew arrived a tad late due to excessive traffic, but got right to work. They had all the windows out and the new in by the end of the afternoon! Another great crew!! The noise and visual of removing windows from your home is not for the faint of heart, but this crew was fantastic. Everything was protected inside and out. They ran into a problem removing one of the windows because of its unorthodox original install. But rather than man handle and muscle it with tools causing damage that would need repair, they thought it through and gently worked with it until they could remove it. Where there might have been the need to redo window trim, there was not because of the care they took. When they were finished, with only one or two minor touch-ups there was no repair or painting required. In fact, even those could have been let go if I wasn't so "picky." The crew cleaned up beautifully and after they left you would never have known they had been at the house. We can't say enough about these crews. We're still amazed that all that work was done so well and with no damage or mess left on the premises. Another bonus of both crews that worked at our home was that we could communicate with them. They knew what they were doing and could answer questions that came up as they went along. This review is a bit after the fact as we wanted to wait to see how the windows functioned. "Sandy" gave us a thorough whipping - the windows stood tall - no air leakage. As the cold weather is here we have been comfortable in rooms that before were not pleasant places to work. All our homework and Eric's education have paid off. Some side comments. Eric also came out later and fixed an issue with our gutter that was bothersome. AND he worked with our HOA. We needed HOA approval for the windows and the roof vent which involved pictures and all the technical specs. What ever the HOA requested, Eric willingly provided. The approval process pushed the project out longer, but Eric and his company were always gracious about the process. We can't speak highly enough of this company. The people, the product, the customer service, the information, the followup, all are top notch in our book. We wish that all companies had the same work ethic. While it is too early to tell over the long term what our energy bills will do, we have noticed that our HVAC equipment runs less. UPDATE August 2013 We have had our new windows and air sealing for about a year now and are still extremely pleased. The windows have performed beautifully through the seasons and the temperature in our home has been more constant, with less on and off of the heating and cooling. When paper work was needed for energy credit on taxes, it was supplied completely and in a timely manner. We have had a recent water leak on the ceiling that we asked WOW to check. They came out twice at no charge to help us locate the source. The source has been located and IT IS NOT RELATED TO ANY WORK THEY PERFORMED. We have made arrangements for the repair to be done by WOW. Once again, we can't say enough about the quality of this company and their customer service.
Description of Work: An energy audit was done, the results corresponded with a previous audit by another firm. We knew our windows leaked, but we did not know until the first energy audit, that the "ghosting" on our light carpet along the baseboards was from air traveling from the attic. We had the attic air sealed and additional insulation was added to bring it up to the new codes that will be in place. The air sealing of the attic involved sealing all the areas where wires etc. come through joists etc. Boxes are made and put over recessed ceiling lights and this is all sealed. In other words, anything coming into or out of the attic is looked at and sealed as a source of air leakage. Eric mentioned that our roof system did not have a ridge vent at the highest point to help hot air escape. He recommended adding a passive attic roof vent at the peak to help with heat removal from the peak areas. This was sound advice which we took. A general check of the roof was made to ensure all was sound. We had some minor gutter issues that were addressed. 10 windows were removed and replaced with new OKNA windows.

Eric Novotny, the owner, is extremely personable and knowledgeable about energy efficiency in homes. The quality of their products is great and his team does very high-quality work. The only issue we've had is that because they get so busy, communication suffers and things took a lot longer than we expected. There were times when we had to keep following up for updates or installation dates, but whenever we made our issues clear, Eric responded quickly in a way to keep us happy. We initially spent several hours in their Chantilly showroom looking at different windows and trying to decide what we wanted. We ultimately went with the Okna 800 series with the brass hardware upgrade. Eric was patient with us throughout the process and answered our many questions in great detail. He came to our house for an in-person consultation (twice) as well, as we had several projects in mind besides the windows. He sent quotes over pretty promptly. Another guy came over to take the actual window measurements. The windows themselves took a month longer than we had initially anticipated to arrive from the manufacturer, but WoW scheduled our installation very quickly after that. We did have a hiccup with completing the installation of the new cut-out window, but Eric worked with us to do that on a faster timeline after we wrote to him with feedback. I recommend their services highly -- you'll have peace of mind knowing they'll do a good job. We'll be approaching them again for a quote when we're ready to replace our roof. But i would also recommend making sure you keep the communication lines open, and not be afraid to make any concerns or displeasure known if things aren't going the way you like. Eric will respond.
Description of Work: Windows on Washington replaced 16 windows, cut a new hole into siding and installed a huge new three-lite window, replaced our old gutters with a new seamless gutter system with leafguards, and repaired our existing roof. We were also going to use them to seal air cracks and blow insulation into our attic, but have decided to do that ourselves to save some money.

Great upfront contact and information received on the windows and purchasing process. But I had to contact them to remind them to send the installer out to take the preliminary measurements which delayed the project since they can't order windows without the measurements. It seems their installation crews are not direct employees, but subcontractors they use over and over.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We also want to thank you for being a repeat customer of Windows on Washington! We hope that our work on your second project this December surpassed your expectations. The outstanding windows you selected will give you many, many years of maintenance free service. The WoW Team does appreciate your patience for the delay in securing measurements. As you know, we make sure that the installer himself secures the measurements so our customers can meet their team leader and ask any questions they may have about the project. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and appreciate your feedback so we can grow in all the right areas. Please don't hesitate to call on us if we can be of any additional service or if you have any future home improvement needs. Best Regards, The WoW Team

We had a wonderful experience. After doing extensive research and receiving six bids on the job for 25 vinyl windows, we were sold on WoW. We felt confident in the product they were selling (Energex Elite) and more so in the installation quality and customer service. The salesperson did not put any pressure on us - he was simply knowledgeable and helpful. Installation took only one day. After inspecting the work and finding a very minor tear on two of the screens, we were told to hold off paying balance due until the entire job was completed to our satisfaction. They did, indeed, replace the screens promptly and when we paid the final invoice, we knew we had gotten our money's worth. Our home is noticeably more quiet, cozy and energy efficient. They are a great company and I have already recommended them to family.
Description of Work: Windows on Washington replaced 22 double-hung, 1 picture, and 2 slider windows in our home, and capped the exterior sills with vinyl. Given the age of our home, they needed to use lead-safe procedures in the installation process. They also removed two steel-buck frames and nicely framed out one of the windows in a finished room in our basement to give it a polished look.

We worked with Brandon Shonebarger, who was professional and flexible. Unlike other window company sales representatives, Brandon did not waste our time with demonstrations or attempt to sell us an expensive product that we didn't need. Rather, Brandon was responsive to our specific needs and imparted useful information about the company's products. The installation went smoothly in general, although the installers initially provided the wrong exterior capping around the windows. After we informed Brandon of the mistake, the company acted quickly to resolve it. We're quite happy with the windows and satisfied with the service this company provided.

Brandon came on time as scheduled, was very knowledgeable, and very honest. He quickly concurred with two other companies in saying that replacement windows were not necessary. He provided some suggestions for how to better seal the exterior portions of the windows including the name of a specific professional sealant that he felt we should insist upon. He also referred us to a roofer on their staff who could come out and determine if the roof was the cause of our leaks. Brandon was very friendly and honest, and I would work with him in the future for any window needs.

We have been researching replacement windows since we purchased our home last year. We initially used another company to replace 3 windows within a few weeks of moving in, but unfortunately it was a awful experience even though the company appeared to be our best choice compared to the other 4 companies we had over for a presentation. Luckily found WoW through an online forum where their owner is highly regarded and provides exceptional insight to window installers and homeowners. Since they day that we reached out to WoW it was clear that they are a company of utmost professionalism and truly care about customer service. From the sale process to the measurements, to the install, we couldn't be happier. The sale process was not the normal dog and pony show (i.e. no heat lamp presentation, or other annoying pushy sales tactics), and our salesman Kevin put us in a perfect position to make an informed decision. During our measure, the installer gave us a great recommendations one of which was to have a very large window installed in the master bedroom. This wasn't your normal upsell strategy -- instead of us settling for making the window above our bed smaller to line up with the bookcase headboard, he suggested that we run the narrow window the length of the wall above the bed. We expected the cost of that addition to be much higher and out of our price range, but as everything with WoW the price was reasonable and the end result was phenominal. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend WoW to anyone who wants quality while at the same sime receiving great customer service. We are looking forward to working with them on future energy efficiency projects.

I was selling a town house. My son had used them and found them reasonable. They came to my location and helped correct my windows, that needed repair, without any cost to me. He looked at my son's account, and noticed that he had done a sizable job with him. He asked what I needed. I informed him that I had a different company telling me I needed new windows. He came out to my home, showed me how to open, and check to see if there were parts that needed replaced, and even showed me how to fix them. He did all the research for the work and parts himself. He expanded the good will from the previous project with my son. I plan to use him in the future.

I was very pleased with Windows on Washington. They kept me informed of when work would be done and coordinated with another company to remove the asbestos siding and with the electric company to disconnect and then reconnect the electricity. A large crew came the next day to insulate and replace the siding and start the gutters. A small crew the next day finished that work. After the weekend again a large crew came and installed the new windows. Cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

The recent derecho ripped some of my rake board trim from my house. Don't be impressed - I didn't know what rake board trim was until Mr. Novotny told me. I thought it was my siding, and I thought that I was looking at a repair that was going to be several thousand dollars to fix. Mr. Novotny came out to look at what happened, and told me that this was not as catastophic as I originally thought, and that it was not the siding, but the rake board trim. Fifty dollars later, the side of my house looked just as it did before the storm. I'd recommend WoW highly - they do honest, high quality work. There is no substitute or price that can but put upon this.

I didn't hire them. UPDATE! After writing this review I got a call from Eric, the President of Window's on Washington. I continue to be impressed by his professionalism, and he obviously cares a great deal about his product. I re-read my review above, and still feel it is a fair assessment of my dealings with the salesperson who came out, but I also believe that there was some miscommunication between us. I would most definitely give Window's on Washington the opportunity to compete for my business again. I would advise anyone looking for windows in the area that they should call Window's on Washington for an estimate.
Description of Work: I was researching vinyl replacement windows and came upon Windows on Washington on an internet message board. I was very impressed with the advice they gave online, and the fact that they seemed to care greatly about the quality of the work that they performed. It also appeared from the professionals on the board that they all regarded the OKNA windows highly. I called them in for an estimate and i believe it was Brandon, although I can't really remember the name for sure, came to the house. He seemed to know his business, but on the way out, I made a comment about negotiating with my wife about whether to buy the OKNA 800's or the OKNA 500's, and he thought I was referring to negotiating with them. He was adamant that they don't negotiate price. I was fine with that, and was really leaning toward using them until the estimate came in. They were over $2000 higher than the next closest bid, but I was still leaning toward using them. I decided to get one more estimate from another OKNA dealer in the area. This particular dealer had very high ratings from all local publications (Washington Checkbook, Washingtonian, and Angie's List) they gave me an estimate that was over $2000 less than Window's on Washington. Now, I still would have given Window's on Washington a chance for my business if it had not been for Brandon's adamant comment that they do not negotiate on price. I actually would have spent more money to use them, but $2000 was more than 20% higher. So, ultimately it came down to price. We have been very happy with the windows we had installed, and the job they did on the install from the other company. I would advise Windows on Washington, that while not wanting to negotiate on price is not necessarily a bad thing, they do need to be competitive on price.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me personally about your experience. We take every opportunity to learn and improve from all feedback, whether it's constructive or complimentary. I think that your assessment of a miscommunication in this case was accurate and unfortunately true. We were certainly the responsible party and will make sure that it does not happen again. Brandon was sure to express his regret for the confusion and hopes that you will extend us the opportunity to bid any future home improvement projects.
