Description of Work: Two very professional and pleasant service techs came to the house, explained the process they would use, showed us the machines, and went to work. Very thorough and courteous. Days later, called to ask if pleased with work. Told them one spot could have used more treatment because, after it dried, it still did not look clean. They came back to the house and re-treated it, free of charge.

Description of Work: Had my downstairs family room and rec room flooded by a broken pipe. Absolute came out within 2 hours of my calling them and pulled back my family room, rec room, and hallway carpet and removed all damaged padding. Set up 9 fans and 2 dehumidifiers for 5 days to dry carpet. Installed new padding in all affected areas. The padding had an issue and they resolved that immediately. There was another issue with the padding installation and they resolved that quickly as well. The carpets were cleaned twice, but I never got that clean, fresh smell from the cleaning. Still an odor that I'm trying to resolve on my own. The company is very responsive and accommodating and the pricing is competitive. Just not fully satisfied since I still have an odor that they can't seem to resolve. All of the employees are professional, polite and quick to respond.
