Description of Work: They cleaned several rugs, including one that had pet damage. They were on time both picking up and returning. They juggled schedules so I could get the rugs back by the holidays. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I had heard great things about them. They lived up to my expectations in every way.

Description of Work: I have used Absolute Carpet Care for the last 15 years. My carpets (which are that old) still look great. We have two large dogs who manage to track in mud even when it hasn't rained in weeks and manage to throw up in the middle of the room. Absolute's cleaners have gotten the majority of stains out and have been upfront when they could not. One time I thought that they could have done a better job and they sent out a new team at no cost. They are customer oriented and work fast and efficiently. Will have them back in late spring.

Description of Work: We had a pipe burst, resulting in water in our basement. They extracted the water, took out the wet carpet & pad, dried out the area, and installed new carpeting in the entire basement. The only glitch was the carpet installers did not put everything back where it belonged. Otherwise, it was a very good job. They're a great company.
