Description of Work: standard service clean but price was super expensive and the charged me extra 50.00 becuase I live in DC, and they charged me for the transportation (gas I suppose) of the van to come to get my rug- that was not negotiated beforehand. (whats THAT all about?) then just chage my card. |

We were very sorry to see this review as it is clear you were not happy with our services. Customer service is our top priority and we try to ensure that each customer goes away with a good feeling after using our services. I see that we did our standard quality call 3 days after the work was done to follow up and we were unable to reach you and had to leave a voicemail. We have reviewed your invoice to see where the charge of "$50 for being in DC" was and there was no such charge. We do have a $350 minimum for DC however, the pick up and delivery and cleaning and protecting of your area rug covered that minimum. There were no extra charges and in fact, I see that you were given a $10 discount off of your total. Our fuel surcharge is standard for all jobs. In your case this would cover the cost of pick up and delivery of your rug. We are terribly sorry that you were not pleased but can assure you that you were not given any extra charges for being in DC or for any other reason. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we are sorry that you felt you did not experience this. Team Absolute

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets and furniture. Service was exceptional. The woman who scheduled the appointment explained the process and what I was expected to do to get ready. Team arrived as scheduled. Furniture did not get as clean as I'd like. All is was well done. Will use them again.
