Description of Work: Absolute Carpet came out to repair a carpet that I had pulled up from the floor when fixing the issue. They were responsive, flexible, kind and did great work!

Description of Work: Excellent price quality and professionalism. Very flexible. Had to clean one piece of furniture in the basement w below avg lighting. After drying, I could see some missed spots. Upon contacting them about it, they immediately agreed to return and correct the issue at n/c!! Outstanding cust svc--esp hard to find in the No Va area. THANKS!

Description of Work: Two technicians arrived on time and neatly dressed. They assessed what they would do and began cleaning a portion of the master bedroom, an upstairs hallway, a double staircase, another double staircase and an 800 sq. ft. rec room of Berber carpet. They were very careful to not damage edges of doorways or the multiple cabinets which could not be moved. We've used them before and will continue to use Absolute Carpet Care.

Description of Work: I used the Angie's List coupon for 1 room. The job was very good, but I don't think it was as good as the last carpet cleaner I had used. I asked them to provide a price quote for another area & I thought it was too expensive.

Description of Work: They cleaned my basement rug and stairs as well as an area rug. They did a fantastic job. The team that came to my house wore a uniform, were courteous and were meticulous in their prep and cleaning. I was very impressed with all aspects of this company from my phone contact and setting up the service to the work itself to the post - service follow up. And they provide good financial incentives to come back and become a long term customer. I would use again in a heartbeat. I thought the value for cost of the service was excellent.
